Aroosa and Hazem have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as I’ve gone to put one of my properties in the local area up for rent. Having used the majority of their competitors I can say without a shadow of a doubt that Chancellors are the market leaders in this area. This is largely down to their team, with Aroosas efficiency and effectiveness making light work of what was, before using Chancellors, an arduous task. Also, Hazems knowledge of the area and expertise in the mark ensured the property was swiftly let out at a price point no other estate agent came close to even matching. Maddie hosted viewing for my elderly parents, I could not accompany them for viewing and was slightly anxious if they will be ok by themselves as the property was not a straightforward address, Maddie did everything in her capacity to assure me that she will look out for them and went over and beyond to make sure even after the viewing they safely reached bus stop and were ok to get home, she also kept me informed.
