Delivery great - good notifications and on time
Wine is of course excellent as a frequent buyer I know !

We done the wine tour earlier today and had Andrew taking us around. He was SO funny and informative he made the experience so much fun and we took so much away. The wines we tasted were lovely, the grounds were beautiful and we come away saying how much of a great day we had!

An Amazing show around Chapel Down, what an experience (Lou) was our guide as initiative as it got, would recommend we tasted a Glass of everything Chapel Down offered and was also given lots of insights and why and where's and ifs. 5 Stars to Lou, our guide on this tour which last 2 Hours

Make sure you look rich if you go into the shop, otherwise you will be looked down at. Dismissive and rude. Me and my partner decided to pop in as we were driving past and was given dirty looks and dismissed. However, the customers that looked the part were treated a lot better and were asked if they wanted to try the sample they had that day. We ended up leaving empty handed as we didn’t want to spend the money after being treated the way we did!

What a fantastic experience. Our tour guide Pippa was absolutely incredible and made the day! I have done a few wine tours but this was by far the best. Funny, informational and personal. The lunch was excellent and the service was incredible.

Visited ChapelDown for a wine tasting experience and lunch in the Swan Restaurant for a birthday celebration.
Would highly recommend this, Russell was the perfect host for the wine tasting and the food and service in the Swan Restaurant was excellent . Will definitely return in the summer

Quick delivery, amazing taste!

We have been buying their wine for a number of years and every so often we go elsewhere but only to return back to Chapel Down. They are a great advertisement for UK wine and as we have found time and time again we shouldn't go elsewhere. Stunning.

This is my 2nd recent visit for the Vineyard Tour & Tasting. Russell (with 2 s’s and 2 l’s 🤣 was brilliant! Funny, entertaining, very knowledgeable and informative. A very different experience from the last one and I learned much more this time during the tour AND tasting. Not that my 1st experience was poor by any means, it was superb 👌🏼 but Russell was outstanding 🤩 I would definitely insist on his Tour in the future 🙌🏻 A lovely Sunday with friends 🫶🏼 and I came away with some Bacchus (it was rude not to!!!!) 🛍️

Having learned that Chapel Down's Touch of Sparkle is not vegan horrified us. There is no need to use animal inputs in wine making. Having been a large and frequent customer we will no longer be buying any of their products unless and until they make them vegan.

Had a great and informative vineyard tour, led by the wonderful Lou, followed by a wine and cheese tasting - really interesting and pitched at just the right level for our group. Oh, great wines and lovely cheeses too.

Just had an awesome tour with Russell, the whole experience was very informative and fun. Russell had a great character and made the whole experience enjoyable. Will definitely recommend.

Was a bit sceptical as a frequent purchaser of European wines. Also not prepared to spend the higher cost.
Went on a vineyard tour and appreciated the info gained. Have been purchasing the wine ever since. I regard myself as a reasonably well informed wine drinker. In short we buy Chapel Down because we like it better than any other white wine.

Very informative and a great experience for any beginner (I’m not that into wine but learnt a lot, found the process behind each variant intriguing).

You are taken into the tasting area and walked through the basics of wine tasting and key points to look for in a wine.

We did the cheese and wine tasting tour on Saturday 18th January and it was brilliant. Would highly recommend it. We had Russell as our guide and he was really fun and very knowledgeable about everything. It was really cold and he kept the outside bit to a minimum for us. All of the staff were really lovely and we had a great time. I would love to do this tour again in the Summer.

Wine tour and tasting was excellent. Learned a lot more about wine from soil to glass. Highly recommend this as a day out. Oh, and the wine is pretty good too 😉

i put in an order for 3 bottle of sparkling wine as gifts for christmas i paid for express delivery it is now the 23/12/24 and still no delivery. emailed this company but have had no reply. i will never use this shower of shit again .
if you are looking for a proper english company for your wine then i would suggest nyetimber wines a company that cares about their customers .
