Excellent customer service
Really impressed with the customer service, could not fault it one bit. A bit of my boys toy was broken, I gave them an email, had a reply within an hour and by the next day a replacement part was sent out to us. Extremely impressed and happy. Will be ordering from here again :)

Bought 2 travel backpacks both were…
Bought 2 travel backpacks both were obviously brand new and sealed however inside one of them the metal screws were rusty meaning that they could only be stored in a damp environment, I have a feeling these won’t last so very dissatisfied

Absolutely terrible quality bag
Absolutely terrible quality bag. As soon as I received it, I noticed that bits of thread were hanging out of the zip area and within three days, the zip to the front compartment has broken. What a waste of £15 - not to mention the time it took my daughter to sift through all the online photos to choose the bag she liked in the first place. And now we'll have to do all of that again.
