Like many other reviewers, a series of issues including poor communication, missed survey appointment, and now 24hrs before installation (and 3 weeks after my EV was delivered) a last minute cancellation and 6 week delay.

I no longer wish to proceed with any work with ChargedEV and have asked my EV lease company to reallocate my job to a more competent company.

Absolutely shocking service, still waiting for my charger to be fitted, had 2 appointments cancelled, now on my 3rd installation date but won't be holding my breath, this has delayed my charger being fitted by a month, will not recommend this company to anyone, would definitely avoid using ChargedEV again.

They have now delayed our charger install date three times, so we have an electric car without a charger for it and are having to pay and wait every time we need to charge it. All ChargedEV say is that someone is off sick so there’s nothing they can do. Very poor service.

Terrible customer experience my install was ordered in February and they told me I needed a fuse upgrade and in the meantime my order would be put on hold. I kept getting phone calls asking if I had my fuse upgraded I told them that the DNO had given me a date. The guy on the phone (Toby) said that he would put the order in ans a few days after the fuse upgrade I would be contacted to arrange a install date, a week went by and heard nothing so contacted them and they said my order was still on hold then as more time went by I tried contacting them on different numbers and no one answered it just kept playing music saying that someone would be with me soon and I got down to caller three in the queue then it went up to caller 10 in the queue. In the end I had to cancel the order and go with another supplier.

A truly great experience. Good communication beforehand as as to when they would turn up, arrived on time on the actual day, promptly and efficiently got on with the job. Top marks to Matthew Smith,a very friendly and competent professional.

Absolutely terrible. They’ve already changed my installation date four times and put it back two months.
I have cancelled the booking and will find someone else that can actually do the work

David from ChargedEv came today to replace a WiFi module sent by Hypervolt. Unfortunately the repair was unsuccessful. Not any fault of David. He was exceptional. Great guy very helpful. Unfortunately the whole unit requires replacing. David’s service was 10/10. 100% recommend. Thank you.

I’ve just had my EV charger installed by ChargeEV and I can’t be more impressed with the entire process. The installation was handled by Rock and he was highly professional and friendly. I haven’t experienced a more neater job done in recent time.
