EV Charger Install
The installer Zak, was fantastic, we agreed a location, and he even lined the charger up so it was level with other outside boxes on the same wall, comms were great, instructions given once the install was complete were good, and left the area worked in spotlessly clean

Excellent Job!
Ross did an excellent job of boxing in the cables and making a tough job look as neat as possible.
He was on time, friendly and kept us updated through the day.
The charger we'd picked wasn't suitable for the intended location but he got that sorted with head office in minutes.

The ordering process was hard work but the installer made it for it
The ordering process was a little hard work. In that I was trying to explain to Omar I wanted a Zappi GLO charger and they couldn't offer this as it was out of stock. They tried to talk me into another charger which wasn't as good. After refusing they magically then were able to order the Zappi afterall.
The install process was much better with Chris Miles explaining step by step what he was going to do and was all done quickly and left the area tidy. Really sound guy who rescued the score I gave above.

Electric Charger Installation
David installed my electric vehicle charger and did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable about the installation process. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the setup was neat and safe, and left the area clean once the work was done.
The charger works perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend David to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled installer.

I wouldnt use these again
I wouldnt use these again, I had an ev charger booked to be Installed and the fitted showed up at the end of the day without a charger so couldnt complete the installation, then I had to book in another day to complete the installation the following week and I waited in all day for the fitter to not even turn up, and now I have to wait another two weeks for the next available day for him. Fingers crossed he shows up next time but im not holding my breath. I am going to get solar panels Installed next year and after the hassle I have had with my ev charger I definitely would not use this company.

Simon arrived on time and as schedule, he was professional and explained the process of the installation. He kept me updated during the installation process and explained to me in detail every question I asked. After the installation he tested the charger which worked perfectly and he explained how the charger works for me. He was clean and tidy during and after the installation

Awful post sales service
Be careful with any Installation from ChargedEV, they have yet to respond to any of my queries regarding my installation and have not yet issued any certificates for my installation. They have not returned phone calls or emails in recent weeks.
I will be reporting them to the regulator.
It is a requirement to issue certificates within 10 days of installation. Mine is over a month.
