Absolutely love this small business! The scents are long lasting and better value for money than others I have tried-even from the large world famous brands!
I have been a customer for a few years now and no longer buy from anywhere else as Jodie never disappoints. The lucky bags are fab for limited edition fragrances and a great way to discover new favourites, plus the live drawing adds an element of fun to it all.

Easy to use website! Great packaging and owner is great with keeping you updated on order.
Each order i make is a pleasant experience wont go anywhere else now for my home fragrances

Communication was excellent with Jodie. We purchased Anglesey Sands as a one-off purchase for our holiday let, and the scent is lovely! I'll certainly be ordering more from her soon!

I ordered 2 Reed diffusers, Fresh Cotton and Fairy dust. Contact from Jodie was excellent and advised when then order would be dispatched.
The scents are absolutely gorgeous, much nicer than the usual store bought, like a lovely perfume but not at all overpowering .
I’ll certainly be buying again and looking forward to to trying the other scents.

I love the wax melts from charismatic cat! I bought loads in the sale last year and they are still going strong! I have used other companies too and I can honestly say I keep returning to the charismatic cat ones as not only are the scents gorgeous, they are stronger and last longer too!. I tried fobbing the other ones off on my daughter (13) but she is wise to this and keeps asking for the ‘good ones’. I cannot recommend Jodie enough! Once my stock is down I’ll be ordering more!

Love love love these wax melts. There’s only one issue and that is they all smell so amazing that you can’t just buy a couple ❤️

I placed the order online on 8 July 22. I got an email to say that it was on its way on 14 July. I kept looking out for it but nothing! On Saturday 23 July I got another email saying it's on its way. Today, 25 July, it arrived with the postman 3 weeks after placing the order. There was nothing other than the product in the envelope: no compliments slip, no incentives etc.
