Great customer service

Just wanted to leave a note saying customer service here are very helpful and polite. Went out of their way to accommodate what I needed. A pleasure to deal with. My wife regularly recommends their products to her customers and my experience with them was super. Thanks very much Charles Rowley 👍

What an absolute scam and…

What an absolute scam and disappointment! If only I had looked here first! Ordered a solid brass curtain pole with all the accessories, never turned up. Had a quick response to the email I sent but it was clearly all lies! I've just seen them on Etsy now, no doubt scamming other innocent consumers!!

Terrible scam company

Terrible scam company - Placed order in May and it never arrived. Currently in the process of doing a visa claim back. Never answer emails and phone line is not connected. Do not buy from them!

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. A complete scam.

The phone number on their website does not exist, but you can call them on 07834 171072. Although he will probably never take your call. I only have this phone number because when payment would not go though online, they messaged me directly to help take payment.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. 5 weeks ago I was told that the order would be shipped the following day. More lies the next week about it having been shipped but tracking number not yet updated on their system. Following that no one will answer the phone even when I called multiple times per day.

Even if you do get through to them they will just lie.

An absolutely appalling company

An absolutely appalling company - the worst I've ever had the misfortune to deal with.

After ten weeks of trying to obtain a simple order of curtain rails, brackets, finials and holdbacks I was only provided with a partial delivery which was useless, and all my attempts to have this put right or obtain a refund were completely ignored. In the end I had to go through my bank to get my money back (a service which they keep well hidden, but is well worth employing if you have such problems and you've paid with a debit card, before resorting to small claims court).

The timeline of this farce:

Order placed 12th June 2022.

Order chased via the message facility on their website on 4th July 2022 - no response.

Order chased via an e-mail on 8th July 2022 - no response.

I phoned on 13th July 2022 and was told that the order had been sent out that day for delivery the next day - that was a lie.

I phoned on 22nd July 2022 and was told that they would look into it and ring me back - they didn't.

I phoned on 29th July 2022 and left a message chasing the delivery. They responded with a phone call on 30th July with their apologies, telling me that my order would be sent out on 1st August, which did happen (sort of).

Two deliveries arrived on 2nd August and 3rd August, with several missing, unsuitable and damaged items.

After waiting a few days in case more deliveries were forthcoming (they weren't) I phoned on 10th August 2022 and was told that by the gentleman that he was driving and that he would park and ring me back straight away - he didn't.

On 11th August 2022 I sent an e-mail describing the shortcomings of the delivery in detail with supporting photographs, giving them seven days to rectify the situation before I would take further action. I offered to return the goods at their cost, the error being on their part - no response.

So, I didn't receive sufficient items to allow me to hang the curtains and fit the matching holdbacks to a single window, and as the intention of my purchase was to have matching poles, finials and holdbacks to two windows, nothing of what they supplied was of any use whatsoever.

As mentioned, fortunately I did get my money back, but of course there's no recompense for the many hours of my time wasted and now I have to obtain the curtain rails etc elsewhere.

Charles Rowley state on their website that they have "a focus on excellent customer service" which, based on my experience, is a gigantic, barefaced lie.

Complete scam

Ordered two curtain rods in January and never received. Customer service were rude and then just stopped answering my emails. Complete scam- avoid at all costs!
