Charlotte & Co 

My return was sent back by the post office as Charlotte and Co had moved address. Without telling me! It then took 18 emails and insistence on speaking to their manager before they would send me a pre paid label.I've since emailed twice to no avail and I'm still waiting for my refund.

Bought a pair of pjs, wore them about 3 times, fabric became very thin and worn with a hole appearing. Sent them back for a refund only to be told that this was general wear and tear. Expensive pjs then!!!

I have bought a nightdress, cashmere socks, cashmere scarf and a silk camisole. They have all been very good quality and as good as they look on the brochure. I have often had to return goods to other mail order companies because the fabrics are poor quality, this is not the case with Charlotte &co .

I ordered some PJs for myself and gifts for my mum for Christmas. The products were great - lovely soft cotton and the service was prompt.

I have ordered a few times from Charlotte and Co for gifts and the quality of the product has been excellent. good value too. I see others have issues with the delivery service but everything has arrived fine for me. I haven't tried a return yet (haven't needed to) but I am confident it would all be ok.

Ordered a product over two weeks before xmas, never turned up. Chased it up before xmas was told to wait untill after xmas, not the best of starts when product was a xmas present. Waited then asked of it's whereabouts again, was told it was returned to charlotte & co.
I had no correspondence from them informing me it had been returned, asking if I still required the product or if I wanted a refund. Was told when chased, that they had refunded me(I still wanted it). Let's wait and see if my refund turns up, I have my doubts.

Emails/phone calls are not lethal, please communicate with your customers, we are the ones paying your wages.

wonderful service. excellent quality clothing

My husband purchased 2 pairs of silk socks for me Christmas the previous year, and I only tried them in January just gone, and found they fell down. I e mailed Charlotte and Co and they said send them back and they would refund or exchange. What brilliant customer service I thought. Sent them back and they e mailed to say they had received. I asked to exchange for foundation knickers. Nothing came through. Weeks later I phoned and they said they would send them out. Weeks later nothing again. I phone again. Same thing, Phoned again this time said can I also buy an extra pair of foundation knickers, and gave card details. Nothing. E mailed again twice since saying I will just have refund. Silence. Up until now I have always been really pleased with their products and services, but now I think I will have to find somewhere else to buy from. Shame as I love their foundation silk knickers, but don't want to deal with a company with such poor customer service.

Charlotte & Co have sold both my home and work details without my permission to numerous catalogue companies. I am getting new catalogues almost daily at both work and home. I am absolutely furious at their practice and will never ever order from Charlotte & Co again.

The pashmina lightweight scarf was sent quickly & beautifully packed.This time the product was not quite what I was looking for so returned. My refund was back into my account quickly which other internet company rarely do! Would buy from again

I was recommended Charlotte & co by a friend and am very pleased with the 2 pairs of pyjamas I ordered for the winter. Very good quality and have washed well so far. Will definitely be ordering again and thought the £5.00 voucher for next purchase was a lovely touch.

I have bought lots of things from Charlotte & Co, both for myself and as presents and have always been impressed by the quality as well as the lovely presentation. The mock crock wellies and leopard print scarf are particular favourites this year; and the fur trim jacket I bought a couple of years back still looks good as new and continues to get a lot of use. Also recommend the yoga tops - very comfortable and soft.

I ordered lots of lovely Christmas presents for friends and family, and am so glad that I included some treats for me too. Really easy website to use as well.

i bought 3 christmas presents from Charlotte & Co. this year. I'd never shopped with them before. One of the presents was for me - lovely soft cotton pyjamas - and 2 were for girl friends. i've worn my pyjamas all Christmas and my friends loved the slippers i bought for them.
would recommend completely

It's a whole week that I sent my order back which was wrong, no email, no acknowledgement, no replacement.

I ordered two products - the first of which arrived promptly. The second item which was apparently available when I ordered is not being delivered for another 2 weeks which will be at least 3, possibly 4 weeks after my order. I am fairly certain that I was never told during the online order process that there would be a delay - the first mention of this was possibly by e-mail and certainly on the delivery notice enclosed with the first product. The first product was simply a wrap towel so there's not much to say about it - as expected. The second (awaited) product is a shirt and provided I like the quality/fit etc I would definitely use the company again.

My first order from charlotteandco; I ordered onine and the boots arrived next working day which was much quicker than I expected. Very well packaged and the sheepskin boots that I ordered are lovely, high qulaity and fit perfecty. I would definitely recommend to others and will order from the store again.

The Dressing gown I purchased was fantastic quality, really please with it, my mum hasn't taken it off! The contact I had with customer services was very pleasant and they were able to deal with my query very quickly and efficiently. The only thing I was a little dissapointed by was the way the goods were packaged. I understand that you probably offer gift wrapping as an added extra, however the item I purchased was over £200 so I would have expected a little more attention to detail to be paid to the way it arrived. I thought it took away from the specialness of the item and made me question the brand image a little.
