Your service is even better than your website!
I had a great online shopping experience with Charlotte and Co. The excellent website was very clearly laid out and informative to help me choose the right items in the first place- being a bloke, I don't find all clothing website as intuitive as this one! The payment stage went very smoothly and the reassuring emails confirming my payment for and the despatch of my order were delivered as promised. If only all online shopping experiences could be as smooth as this one was!

Excellent quality clothing, beautifully presented.
I have principally bought the lace top nighties, six in all! They are very well made and have been through the washing machine inumerable times with no deterioration at all. How about a dark purple next time? Not too fond of brown!
Most recently I have bought the lavender velour kaftan which is very stylish and slimming and most of all, comfortable!
I haven't been disappointed yet and they are beautifully packaged in a very useful & glamorous travel laundry bag.
