Arrived pretty fast! Product was packaged nicely and there were no issues

Perfect communication, excellent service.

Received a pre-order that was due some time ago, and I’m not unhappy.

CharmingSushi deals in a high interest niche, which has been met with supply-chain issues which many pre-orders across many retailers, with quite a few figures delayed at the post of manufacture. Having had a look around at other figures I’m interested in, it’s more reasonably priced than other uk based retailers I’ve seen in the past, who are often charging more than twice as much as the figure is worth!

COVID has been unprecedented, with more of us buying a lot more online as well.

Always happy to support small independent businesses, and have seen friends in other niches struggle over covid.

I can absolutely admit to having some frustrations, but figure came well packaged, and customer service has been nothing but polite.

My Purchase was sent out in good time after placing my Order. The item arrived well packaged and in good order. I would definately consider them again for any future purchases as their prices are very reasonable too.

Good products and extremely friendly and helpful if you need any help or even with combining orders etc so your orders are more efficient for you.

I received the parcel very fast after paying for it but the only reason why it is now full marks when I am emailed them about the due date I did not get a response. Other than that very lovely figure and fast shipping.

I've ordered from charming sushi four separate times. Out of the four times three arrived perfectly and on time but on the most recent occasion my order was dispatched but never turned up. They don't answer any of their messages on any platform so if your order goes missing, your not going to get it back.

Missing item still not arrived, poor communication. Will not be buying from here again.

Pre-ordered a figure back in September and had it arrive today! Packaged amazingly (the very cute washi tape was a nice touch), and got sent out really quickly after I paid the remaining invoice. My second time ordering from CharmingSushi and probably not my last.

Brilliant service, quick dispatch and prompt response to emails. The figure that I ordered was very good and I am pleased with my purchase.

Originally my experience with CharmingSushi was extremely positive and I had good contact regarding an order that never arrived - unfortunately a plushie I ordered was lost in the post. It was agreed that a replacement would be sent out (and they were lovely about it)- but this was nearly three months ago now. I've contacted them countless times now on social media, via email and via the website and haven't had a response on any channel since and have had no items sent to me either. I have no idea where my items/preorder are, if I'm getting a replacement, or now, if I can get a refund.

It genuinely feels like I've been scammed.

I was disappointed when they didn’t sent the order in the 1st week(because I was quite sure they said 3 days delivery on the website), after I contact with them in email, they replied and apologise immediately. Said there was holidays in London, although I think they should mention on the website before I order, but this happens a lots in U.K. anyway. They do really try to make it up to me, even sent the package in 1st class, with a greeting card too.

Good quality product, fast delivery and seller extremely polite and courteous, pleasure to do business with. Xx

Everything was good just wished I was told more of what was going on you should definitely open a store in London

Paid a deposit on an anime figure as a pre order.
Still waiting on item. Seen item available elsewhere and tried on numerous attempts to get a projected delivery date with no response. Then tried asking for a refund and cancellation. Tried again and still no reply from them. Gave up.

Quick delivery and well packaged. Would recommend.
