Good experience (edit - ish)
Honestly, I think charming sushi was great. I had got a bit worried since I had seen lots of reviews that didnt seem to light it in a great light, so I had contacted them in regards to this and they reassured eveything and explained that deliveries coming out of Japan were being delayed, and they would let you know when they were ready to be shipped so you could pay for the rest of the order. About a week after I received the invoice and paid for the figurines, they turned up (all 3 of the ones that were ready to be released) so my shelves look a lot better with Joseph Joestar, Caesar Zeppeli and Noriaki Kakyoin :), I have preordered some more nendroids after receiving these as the quality and condition was really good. Nothing was damaged and it was nicely packaged.
I most definitely recommend using it, and if you ever get worried, there normally isn't too long of a wait for customer service.
Edit: 29/11/2022.
Alongside the 3 nendroids I received, I had preordered another 4, I have been trying to contact Charming Sushi in regards to these since January this year and I have still yet to receive a response. It appears that Elizabeth - the support team from before, is no longer working there and Im not sure if there is actually a support team currently reading / responding to emails. Ill add an edit again when I receive a response.

Very good service
I ordered a figure that I couldn’t find anywhere else and it was a good price. The delivery was super fast and it was well packaged and even had a handwritten thank you note.
The figure is genuine and great quality and the box was in perfect condition too.
I had no issues and will be using again in the future if they carry any other figures I am after.

Order with caution
My first delivery was very delayed (I appreciate it wasn't Charmingsushis fault, but I received absolutely no updates despite chasing it multiple times) after the invoice was received, I never received any shipment notice, again despite chasing it multiple times through the contact page on the site as well as the support email. I managed to get ahold of the owner of the site over a month after my figure should've arrived and she offered a refund or a replacement as the original was now considered lost. Luckily the replacement came quickly and was tracked to avoid it getting lost again and it was packaged well. Overall, I was initially meant to receive the figure in May, Bandai caused a delay to the start of July which I was completely unaware of, and I only received it in the 2nd week of August after reaching out many times in multiple ways to no response until the very end.
