Having to give less stars because their customer service is non existent. I emailed twice to try and get an update about a preorder and had no reply.
I did eventually get the item, so I am happy with that, but I recommend paying by PayPal if you decide to order so that you can open up a dispute if needed.

After my initial review of their abysmal service I've since received the product. And this is how..

Following the review, I was asked to answer a couple more questions about my order to verify i was a legitimate customer and that I wasn't a downright liar.. And a few days later received the product! Hooray!

No actual correspondence though. No apologies for delays and mix ups. Why did it take a trustpilot review to actually get things moving?

Will not be using this service again I'm afraid. Absolute shambles. Sorry guys.

Super easy and quick delivery

The pre-order was received in perfect condition and the communication with the seller was great, so 4 stars for that. However, because of the Covid-19 it took many months to get it, even though the same items were already available from other shops. Once it arrived in stock it took a bit long to ship thus lack of the last star. I am confident that in other circumstances everything would be perfect.

I had a funding issue with my order but the awesome team got back to me super quick and helped me out! Im really impressed with the great customer service I received and would highly recommend giving these guys a shot!

Easy to Navigate the website and very communicative if there are issues. My go to for UK preorders right now.

The product was high quality, in my opinion, I thought the packaging for it looked great BUT I ordered this on February and it only arrived on late july, I didn't get any email on whether it is coming or not what so ever and I even tried to login and email them and there was no response, I only got a message last week saying some kind of information about it and how I have to pay the remaining sum to buy it then it arrived the week after

I don't get any response when I email the staff, I thought I got scammed

Pre-ordered in Dec 2020 for a May 2021 release, emailed in May and got a response 2 weeks later. Now 2 emails since and no response at all, 2 months later. Their social media pages are full of the same type of complaints. The item is already 2 months late with no communication at all. Shall be processing a refund. Avoid this lot at all costs, very disappointed child as a result. Shocking service.

I loved the figure I received, she is beautiful and arrived safe and sound. She wasn’t damaged and since I love to keep the boxes my figures arrive in so I can display them, the box wasn’t damage at all. So overall I love my figure and will go to this place again for future orders.

Reading the other reviews after I made my purchase did make me worry, and yes questions to customer service, didn’t go anywhere, I don’t know why but I haven’t received any messages from them. But besides the lack of communication, I did receive my order and she is beautiful and I love her to pieces.

So I would give them 5stars, only fair and can’t knock a star off due to lack of communication. Because I love my order so so much, and she did arrive 2 days after she was dispatched.

For one, I love that you stocked a product of a character that I can scarcely find. For another, it was a very good price and came in great time! I've told people about your great service (and the cute thank you note) and hopefully more people will know about CharmingSushi! Will continue to buy from here.
