Placed a pre-order back in January these items have been sent out to other people I have e-mailed and messaged on facebook had no reply. There is no contact number available you have taken my deposit for 3 items a total of £50 can you at least reply and let me know where and when I will get my order?

Ordered a Tanjiro figurine as a gift for my sister, I was nervous but had high hopes and was pleasantly surprised with how good quality the product was. It was very carefully packaged, and looks like a professional model. The one issue was there were tiny brushes of paint of different colours occasionally around the figurine - absolutely tiny however, and did not phase my review whatsoever. still a 5/5, will be buying from here often

They take great care in packaging their figures so that they arrive in pristine condition, and I cannot wait until next payday to order again! Definitely recommend for any UK anime fan!

I am very impressed with their service. They are very quick on responding to email (I also notice that they are extremely polite in the email which I really appreciate but also kinda surprised for Non-Asian, no offense to westerners, but you know we Asian are sometimes too polite when writing email). They also pay attention in selecting a great-conditioned box and take very good care in packing the order, something which an in-box collector like I really appreciate. Surprisingly fast delivery; I expected the international delivery (UK to Thailand) to be around 2 weeks or even longer during the pandemic, but only took like 9 days. I really really recommend ordering from CharmingSushi. You will not be disappointed. 10/10.

Working my way through my daughter’s birthday-list I was dismayed to find the anime figurine she wanted was out of stock almost everywhere. After some online searching I stumbled across ‘CharmingSushi’. I was a bit hesitant to order as I’d never heard of them, but I need not have been.
The website was clear, easy to use and they accept paypal, apple-pay and many other options.
The parcel arrived within 24hours, much sooner than expected!!
It has turned out to be my daughter’s favourite present😁. The detail is amazing and it looks fantastic in her room.
