Lily was super helpful in our hunt to find a rental property. She was attentive and very professional. She took her time showing us around properties within our requirements and was very knowledgable about the properties themselves and what was included. Unfortunately we found a property with a different letting agent in the end just due to size but we would have much preferred to use Lily and Charters. Highly recommend!

Really smooth process - a couple of bumps in the road as expected with house purchasing but Jo Goddard was brilliant at updating us, good or bad news, ensuring we knew what steps to take next. Couldn’t thank charters enough!

I felt as though these three charming persons engaged with me in a friendly and honourable manner, and I felt represented- in negotiations with the landlord (who herself, is also fantastic). I chose Charters to let my rental property after shortlisting them in my area on a comparison site. The staff are clearly highly professional in all departments of sales, lettings, property management, vetting and more. Charters found me a suitable tenant within hours of putting my property on to the rentals market and from then the whole process went smoothly all the way from initial contact through signing the tenancy agreement and up to my tenants moving in to their new home. The whole experience was calm and free of stress. Thank you Kyle, Tom, Lily, Alex, Tilly and all at Charters for providing a truly professional service.

We had a really positive experience working with Alex at Charter’s Estate Agents. From the very beginning, she was highly communicative and professional, always keeping in regular contact and ensuring we were kept up to date with any new properties becoming available.

Alex showed us around several properties and was consistently helpful, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. It was clear she genuinely cared about helping us find the right place and went out of her way to try and secure a rental that suited our needs, particularly for the 18-month duration we were looking for.

Unfortunately, the property she was trying to secure for us didn’t align with our required dates, which was disappointing. We were genuinely gutted not to be able to complete a rental through Alex, as she stood out by far as the most professional and dedicated agent we dealt with throughout our search.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive estate agent.

Chartes are by far the most knowledgeable and consistent estate agents I've dealt with to date. It's clear that everyone on the team is experienced, shown in the quality of their work. From the initial valuation right through to completion I've been kept up-to-date with progress and everything has gone smoothly. Undoubtedly worth the extra money.
