Charters is the most proactive and friendly estate agent in town! The Charters team worked so hard to find us our next home. They showed genuine interest in what we were looking for and were quick to let us know when suitable properties came to the market. We are delighted that it was Charters that we bought our house through, and we are grateful for the friendly support they gave us throughout the purchasing process. From putting our house on the market in January through to exchanging contracts today, Charters have been professional, efficient and helpful throughout the whole process. The viewings were managed flexibly to suit our particular arrangements and Jo has been tireless in her efforts to manage the completion of the process. Very happy and would strongly recommend.
