Mac was very helpful, and even chose my preferred seats for my flights.
I was disappointed to learn that my original flight was "unavailable" after booking but Mac helped with a different seating arrangement.

I had recently booked 4 tickets for Japan using this company since they advertised the best price at the time. I instantly got a confirmation and even checked the actual airline’s website to confirm my reservations were legit. The following day, I received an urgent email and phone call from this company stating they could not book my flight as there weren’t any seats available. They offered to rebook my flights using a different airlines which would have taken 2 days to reach my destination!!!!! When I refused, the person I was speaking with kept insisting I rebook on this ridiculous flight and how the prices of the fare would just keep going up and up if I waited. What kind of BS is this????? Don’t fall for this FRAUDULENT company! I went as far as canceling my credit card just in case I was going to be scammed!

It has been a very positive experience taking my trip to Spain with Mr. Luis, he speaks perfect Spanish and he is a beautiful person, I recommend him 100 × 100

Ted, my agent, was very thorough in making sure all my flight needs were met. He tried multiple airlines to find me the best and most affordable price. He called me back when the phone dropped, and he made sure I could reach out to him in future if I needed any flight booking help.

I wish i can give this company 0 as a review this is the bigger scam i ever saw i purchased two round trip tickets to fly to Turkey more than 10 hours later they sent me an email asking to contact them when i called back i was told that the fare was not available and the guy try to sell me tickets for double of the price and changing my dates Be careful this company should be reported to the better business bureau for misleading information to the consumer

I have always had a pleasant experience with cheapbestfares, even when there has been flight cancellations, they have stepped up to help locate new accommodations.

First of all, I would like to rate the person who helped me as a 5. He is very patient, kind and forgiving of my ineptitude as a 66 year old retiree and not so computer savvy. If it wasn't for this Frank, I probably wouldn't have continued. I only fly, at the most, once a year, and I go directly through American Airlines. I have that system down very well. I wanted to save my wife and her cousins some money on their trip to the UK, so I decided to look for discounts. Discounts start off looking cheap, but in reality, they don't really seem to exist unless you want bare-bone flights because then you have to purchase everything, which brings the price up much higher. Instead of paying $1737 a ticket through American Airlines which at that price includes the optional $200 cancelation fee, I was able to get the tickets for $1618 a ticket with American Airlines through cheapbestfares which comes with the cancelation option, and though it saved me some money, it took me a lot of time and phone calls back and forth with Frank to get this done. In reality, it wasn't worth all of my time. Again, Frank was so helpful, and patient, that I stuck with him. Those who are computer savvy, this would be good and save you money & time.

We purchased four tickets to travel to Spain and they called us soon after to let us know that those were in fact not available and offering us other seats on the same flight, but for an extra $550 per ticket. Selling something you don't have is actually a scam, but is somehow allowed through this website.

Do yourself a favor and go through one of the well-established sites and skip this one.

I received an email that my flight was successfully canceled. I panicked because I did not want my flight (that I booked for my son) to be canceled. I phoned customer service and spoke to Abin. He was very professional and helpful! He checked into it and found my flight was not canceled, and sent me a confirmation email stating such.

I am so happy and pleased to have Liam help me in the booking process. He was very very very helpful and made the experience wonderful. so excited to go to Greece. Thank you again i will be using this site all the time
