I was a customer for years especially when they had storefront operation in Ft Worth. And were very competitive priced & stood behind there products if issue. Since they went to on-line only service totally stopped and price gouging is rampant will refuse to deal with them again. Greedy rip off company now.

Went to there website and they are price gouging on ammo. Never will buy from them again.

I recently bought a Winchester Model 70 Super Grade 243 rifle. Could not find it anywhere else. Paid what I paid, but the process went smoothly. After completing the sale they contacted me for my ID, shipped a few days later and had it delivered to my FFL within a week. All took less than 2 weeks to get in my hands. Great experience.

I used to be a loyal customer, going back over a decade. But, they have fallen prey to the price gouging disease. They are knowingly taking advantage of, and exploiting their loyal consumers by intentionally raising their ammo prices by double, or more, due to the fact they know there is an ammo shortage. Interesting how other sites such as Lucky Gunner aren't doing this. Guess where my business is going, and so should yours.

Thought I was buying 5000 rounds but it was only 500 and the price is outrageous. Do not recommend because they don’t do returns or refunds. Do yourself a favor and buy from your local gun shop. Zero stars

I would give ZERO stars if I could !! Why are you price gouging on ammo when my local gun shop will sell me 2 boxes of range ammo for $20 a box !! That’s right $20 a box !! Only 2 at a time to help everyone try to get some extra ammo . Why would a Mom and Pop shop this for the local people but a company as big as CTD trying to make a extra buck. Wow myself and a lot of others I know will NEVER buy there again . I’m done .

Simply insulting. $1-2/round of bottom of the barrel trash 9mm. $2000 for a SAINT. Slow response to any inquiries and poor customer service. If they were the sole owners of a life saving medicine I needed I'd die just so my money stays far away from them.

I just spent over $1100.00 on a Trijicon sight only to receive it in a DIFFERENT configuration. When I reviewed the mounting screws to remove the picatinny mount there was OBVIOUS signs of someone else already trying to do so. Shame on CTD for this!!! They better make this right or I will become their biggest pain in the ass they have ever had to deal with !!

I will never purchase anything from this company again, they totally leave you hanging once they have your money. Like the name implies they are cheaper than dirt

Bought an item 12 days ago on a Thursday. Called Monday to follow up, was told it as shipped.
I received an email today stating item back ordered.

I called and was on hold 45 minutes. Customer service came on line and long story short.
I got an apolgy, nothing more, no offer to make it right, no discount coupon, nothing.
I wasn't looking to make anything off this deal, but one would think they would at least try to retain my business. They sure failed there.

They sold me a gun that they did not really have. I’ll get my money back for the gun(I hope) but not for the unique parts I acquired for it, nor for my FFL dealers time wasted.

Absolutely incredible that they sold me a gun that they did not have.

Customer Service basically said “that’s the way it is”, translation, “tough crap”

Cheaper than dirt are lower than scum and dirt. Major price gouging and rude customer service.

Price gouging is a terrible business model. I used to buy from them but never again. Reputable companies sell what they have at reasonable prices. "Cheaper" than dirt tries to take advantage of the situation to rip people off.

I ordered a Stock for my AR from Cheaper Than Dirt and when I recieved the product, a very important piece on the buttstock itself that locks the position in place was missing.
I paid almost 100 dollars for a part that isn't fully put together.
Cheaper Than Dirt knowingly shipped me this garbage.
I will not order from them anymore.

$999.00 for 500 rounds of reloaded 9mm? This is $2.00 a round for reloads. This company will never get a dime from me. You are the epitome of scum.

Ordered 500 rounds of .22 LR ammo for $99 plus shipping. That already isn't a deal, but my local Academy was out of stock. I sat there for 4 days processing and then my order disapeared. I contacted them and they said there wasnt a order and that I would need to order again, except now they are selling for $199 for 500 rounds of .22l. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM.

Its one thing to list redicuously high prices, its entirely another to secretly cancel existing orders because you think you can sell it for more.

NEVER ORDER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. Midway USA all the way, or use ammoseek to find a honorable mom and pops shop.

If I could’ve given them a no stars I would’ve. These people charge twice as much for the items that they sale! I placed an order for over night and they contact me two days later saying that I need to call them because I needed to be verified. I paid to have my order overnight..........

I have seen a lot of negative about CTD. I can't speak for other people. All I can say is that I purchased a rifle from them at a great price. They shipped it within a couple days. It arrived at my FFL as advertised. I would absolutely buy from CTD again.

Highly unethical company known for extreme price gouging. Stay away. Stay far away.

I agree with the majority of reviews. These guys are crooks! I have ordered from here on several occasions and not had a problem, other than the high shipping costs, but after seeing the prices they are charging now, it makes me sick. What an embarrassment. I hope people have enough sense to not pay these insane prices for ammo. You can still find ammo at normal prices if you check regularly at academy or other in person stores. I will never buy from cheaper than dirt again
