Well, they got the name right. Cheaper than Dirt. I ordered a clip for my pistol and it didn’t fit. They wanted to charge me for freight coming and going back. As well as a 25% restocking fee. By the time you add that up, the clip is already paid for. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Terrible! Don’t waste your time or money. They oversell stock then cancel and refund for bs excuses! Plenty of good companies to support and this is NOT one to support!

Their shipping practices are untrue and expensive. They tell you that USPS is the lowest price shipping for 10.00 and it's actually UPS to USPS which is very very slow. Buy from someone else you will be glad you did.

They will not ship to Oregon, even though Oregon has no restrictions on anything. I called them and was told they know Oregon has no restrictions, but just decided not to sell to Oregon. Don’t buy from them. Support patriotic American can no discriminatory companies instead.

I ordered a marlin 1894 sbl from them on a Monday it shipped on Wednesday I picked it up from my ffl Friday. The marlin was in perfect condition. beautiful. still in factory packing untouched. What else could you ask for? I seen all the negative reviews. People hopping on the hate wagon cause they price gouged 10 years ago. Get over it. It's a business there gonna charge more if people pay it.

Worst company ever they have decided to not ship to Washington anything I tried to order ammo. There is no ammo bans in Washington but they have determined they don't want to ship there. I have ordered from them a ton in the past but never again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new FN Reflex, the gun was full of dirt, grime, and signs of wear & tear (internally), indicating much more use than factory test-firing. I provided clear evidence to customer service team, who had no intention on finding resolve. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM CheaperthanDirt.

Sent mags they say were meant for my Glock but were to short. Returned only to see less that $30.00 of the over $40.00 they charged refunded to my account . Even charged me over $3.00 tax on shipping. Will never order from these thieves again!!

Ordered a Magula bench reloader for my ar15, in stock, opted for 2 day shipping, well my tek mat shipped right out but my reloader not so much, been waiting 6 days now still hasn't shipped, called 3 times, oh it hasn't updated yet they can't give me a tracking number bla bla bla, well if i ever do get it, it will be my LAST order!!!

I ordered an AR-15 rifle from here, it was at my FFL in 4 days, gun looks amazing and well oiled. not a blemish on the whole gun. Everything was good, from ordering, to receiving. Taking it to the range this weekend I will give an update review.....

My experience was fine . I'm just letting Glock owners to buy original Glock clips. I purchased 15 round Glock 19 made by KCI and I could only get 12 in and it's lose in the gun.

I ordered new handgun on Sunday night Feb 11. It reached my selected FFL Wednesday Feb 14 afternoon. It was in the condition I expected it to be.

I had asked question via email before and after purchase, I got responses within 24 hours.

Absolutely awful. Spent over a thousand dollars only to have them say they won't mail out of state and I am still awaiting refund.

Why would you process a transaction you know you can't fulfill?

i ordered a 380 handgun thinking it was smaller than my 9mm gun i had but it was the same size too big and bulky. they wouldnt take it back cause they said we have a no return policy , i said its brand new and eberybody has a return policy they still said no . dont buy off of them , go to a store that you can put the gun in your hand and see if you like it . i even said ill return the gun and buy a more expensive gun , they still said no . person i talked to was not very nice at all either !!!!

Good prices on certain things and fairly quick with shipment, I've gotten great deals on some firearms and ammunition to buy there's one other website that I use for ammunition sometimes it's cheaper than cheaperthandirt Good prices on certain items, I like how you earn credit for buying from cheaperthandirt website, although I feel I should have a lot more credits from past purchases but this is in my top 2 arsenal website for sure any day.

Was looking into purchasing .223 ammo. The ammo was $12.89 for 20 rounds plus $2.78 in tax. I'm ok with that. I'm not OK with the $17.95 for shipping. Cheaper than dirt...not so much. I can get 250 rounds and the shipping is still $17.95. Bulk is the way to go.

Very disappointed they charge on all kinds of fees and extra charges in order to break your bank going to have to stick with Palmetto State Armory for now on.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cheaper Than Dirt's online store. On December 8, I purchased a magazine and paid $10 for what was supposed to be a reliable shipping method, considering the small size of the package. Regrettably, Cheaper Than Dirt opted for a substandard postal service. This feels deceptive, as they lure you in with a lower product price but then compensate by charging a high shipping fee and resorting to the cheapest possible postal service.

As of today, December 19, I still haven't received my package. When I contacted the post office, they informed me that the delivery status was unknown because the package wasn't even in their system and was being handled by a third party. Living in Fort Worth, TX, and knowing that Cheaper Than Dirt is located nearby, I had expected a much quicker delivery. This experience has been frustrating and has significantly diminished my trust in their services.

They don't even earn 1 star..claims that rifle are illegal in Hawaii..obviously they don't know laws..we own M249S beltfeds ak47 ar15 hk91 and many more rifles with 20rd 30rd 75rd 100rd drum magazines legally..all sold at local gunshops..this company doesn't support the 2nd amendment...if they did they would truly know laws rather than exclude states just because they can...they suck...
