looking at the scopes...very few said anthing about what they fit long gun or pistol....i chose a long gun and under it was scopes ..so i started looking at them..and orderd the gun the scope and a few mags...everything was fine in the shipping...i opend the box for the scope and the stinkin thing was somaller then a machbook..oh crap thats going back...so i call the gal was nice but said oh we sell these for ar's as well...what!!...ok what ever..so we desided on a scope...on line it said in stock...i asked her she said in stock...a day later she called me and said my return is 20 bucks less so i paid the extra 20...3 days later i got a email stating the order is canceled due to deplation of inventory ..what..really...i dont dislike ctd....but there manigment is crap....and insted of saying hey we droped the ball....one hand does not know what the other hand is doing..oh and we dont care about updating our inventory so the sales people tell the truth... if all you are to have is service..and your co fails at that.....what do you have??? just my 1.5 cents

I’m very impressed with the customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong grip for my rifle. It was MY fault. They explained to me why it didn’t fit my heat shield and specifically educated me on what I needed. Not only did the help me with the information I didn’t know, but they also sent me the correct one I needed for FREE!!! And told me to just keep the other grip. And the cherry on the Sunday was the two day express shipped it to me for free as well. I wish more companies showed this type of appreciation for common mistakes on the consumers part. I will definitely be keeping my business with this company!

Company did a great job with my order. Prices were good,everything was packed great and showed up when it was supposed to. No complaints.

My boyfriend bought his first gun. Because he just turned 18 & He didn’t realize the website says 21+ to order. After a couple days they sent him a note saying he isn’t old enough to purchase from the website. So he asked for a refund and Was told he’d get it in 2-3 business days. It’s been a week now and nothing is showing up on his bank or anything. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS! $600 GONE!

Nothing but a hassle, would not recommend ordering anything from this company. Waited 12 days and then the product did not work, not even going to bother dealing with trying to get the right part.

Apologies for this being a longer post. I felt its necessary due to other reviews stating the opposite of what I'm about to say. So, this is my first time purchasing a firearm online. I was told CTD was a good place to buy from. So I went to their site, found the firearm that I wanted, and ordered it. My excitement for my firearm was quickly burst when I started to read all the negative reviews. So, I decided to test what the reviews were saying to see if they were true and here is what I found out.... Yes, they do charge your card immediately after purchase. I recommend charging it to a credit card, just in case. I waited a day, and the next day received an order processed email but did not receive a shipping number. So, I used the chat feature on the site and talked to a lady named Tonya. She was extremely helpful, ensure my order was processed, and even provided the shipping number for me. She was awesome. I watched the shipping intently for two reasons, one being the excitement and the other being nervous from other reviews. In two days, UPS notified me that the package was delivered to my local FFL and sure enough the FFL called me and said it was ready to transfer. At this point my nerves are settled for the most part. I get to the FFL and the packaging was great. I could not complain. It was packaged as well as I could've asked. The firearm itself was in mint condition and everything I was hoping for. It did not come with the sights that it says they come with, but I wasn't too bummed because I plan on customizing that anyways. I have not been able to shoot it yet so hopefully everything works lol but I don't have any worries at this point. I will buy from them again when I need what they have.

Charged my card then a week later cancelled order with some bogus excuse...learned the hard way that for a few cents savings its not worth going to a bad company

I would have given 5 stars if the customer service wasn't crap. The prices arw decent the selection is decent. I don't like the fact i can't order a firearm with no reason why. Then there is the issue with the mag i ordered and because you can't ship to my state ( no disclaimer stating that) you don't issue a refund but rather a gift card that i can't use. I can't ckntact customer service and the chat feature doesn't work. And you split my order and dis not exactly notify me or present me with tracking information on the other shipment. I will find somewhere else to shop because wven Amazon has better service

Great service and products. Don't pay attention to bad reviews. Try it yourself. I payed for 3 to 5 day delivery and it was delivered the morning of the second day. 👍

I had ordered a barrel for a 38 super pistol and they sent me the wrong barrel and would refuse to take it back and send me the right one. I did not want the money back, I just wanted the right barrel. I do not recommend this company at all. They refused to do anything to help.

Ordered 4 boxes of 45 acp ammo and was completely discusted of my order shipment. I will never order from this company again! 2 boxes that's 100 rounds were scattered in shipping box. All 4 boxes has masking tape holding them together.

I recommend my mom to come here from a friend, and they canceled her order 3 days after she ordered and said we can’t sell it to you because it’s as a gift! And they automatically cancel your order with no update or call. The service is horrible honestly just go to find a different store or website honestly.

I got online and ordered a magpul stock and some angle grips with some other parts. I ordered this stuff this weekend I live in WA they removed the stock and said with all this WA gun stuff going on they want to refund me only for the stock and dont feel comfortable letting me have it. I will turn the shipped package away all of it will be returned. This made no since. They just didn't want to drop ship the order from Magpul. I got on Magpul and the stock shipped today. It looks like Cheaper then dirt is in Jay Inslee's pocket.

I ordered 5 magazines for Glock 19. They don't fit. I called and requested a return, expecting a refund on shipping as well. Discovered I can return them, but will not be refunded shipping, and will be required to pay shipping to send them back. I think that's very poor customer service.

They are never cheap on ammo! EVER!!! mom and pop stores sell same price or cheaper. They should change the name to Expensive as $HIT

They used to be a decent place to buy ammo, people wanting to buy from them should definitely shop around. Check out tx. Ammo or 2a warehouse. Cheaper than dirt should change there name.

Do not buy things from here. Poor customer support and the require your Drivers License and your Date Of Birth to process a credit card. This is NOT required and a severe security issue. Buy anywhere else, the slight savings is NOT worth the risk.

I've been buying from these guys for a couple years now never had any problems with orders or with products. Had a glitch on the points were it took it twice. But I emailed them and they gave me my points back and then some. I recommend them to all my friends.

Do NOT buy things here! I ordered a gun from here. They told me there was an issue with my card. I thought maybe the fraud department was being a little cautious. I called my CC company and they said everything was fine. CTD said it was on their end. Then they billed my card twice. I called them and they couldn’t tell me anything so I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. 3 weeks later and they still haven’t refunded the order. I now consider this theft and I am filing charges.
