Alice was super helpful and helped me resolve a ticketing issue right away.

Obvious fake 5 star reviews. They post prices that are $100 less than everyone else. Then they email you and call you for a verbal confirmation. They tell you that the flight is no longer available but they found another flight for more money. They say to wait another 24hrs to see if they can find another ticket for you with the same schedule and price. It's all Indian sales people trying to make money. I told them to cancel my ticket and purchased from another similar website oojo. They also called and tried to upsell me but i just hung up and kept my ticket.

It was a schedule change of my flight reservation. At the same day I've got a call from the team explaining the situation about this. Alice was very nice and helpful.
