I called Cheapflightsfreak this morning, they quickly responded and helped me to get my itinerary within a few hours. The service provided by Jenifer was excellent, she was very polite and helpful.

Booked flights (on delta) for the family from LAX to SJD 2+ months in advance of the flight. Went to check in day before flight and was told the tickets were "suspended". I was never informed and would have arrived at the airport with no tickets. Delta explained that these were Fraudulent tickets (via Kenya airways??) and Cheapflightsfreak was responsible to inform me and provide the same tickets at the same price. Cheapflightsfreak offered me flights on a different day (no use to me), or a different flight for $400 more. I have to buy a complete new set of tickets as I was leaving the next day. So far, Cheapflightsfreakr is not offering to refund me the new tickets that I purchased. BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID

Horrible after sales support/customer service. Would not recommend using them!!! Took our money during pre-Covid and would not refund our $ during Covid shutdowns. Only would give us credit and had to be used by a certain time frame. Finally able to salvage a trip in Nov. 22 but because of Airline fees we had to adjust our plans and pay more money. Always go straight to the Airline if you can! Learned this the hard way!!!

Alice has been very very helpful throughout the whole process. I received my tickets in a timely manner and she answered all of my questions perfectly. Highly recommend going this route when it comes to buying tickets and make sure to ask for Alice 👍🏻

I found a great deal on Momondo and Cheapflightsfreak was the travel agency that it sent me to. I paid for the flight (super easy and uncomplicated), and within an hour or two Alice called to let me know that for one of the legs, the airline had run out of seats for that class. She quickly figured out the cost of switching classes, which turned out to be acceptable and got my ticket changed right away. A positive experience overall!

I purchased my ticket on 2019. I was told I couldn't get a refund during the pandemic even though all airlines are doing it, so they gave me a credit $973 until the end of 2021.
In 2022 (July 28th) I called them that I need to use the credit, they wanted to charge $530 ($155 Change fee & $375 fare different) more than they are currently charging $900 on their same website and Delta website. I asked him to give me a reason and website that they use in their systems. He told me he can only read it to me. Then he put me on hold and checked with his supervisor. He came back and told me that they can waive the change fee $155 and I still have to pay them additional $375 to get my new ticket. Tell me where is this money going to? The company, airline or in their own pocket?
Lesson learned. Never trust these online travel agents. They will try to suck all your money away!
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

I booked a flight for my father to go from RDU to Lagos Nigeria during the time Covid-19 started. The flight was canceled by Delta and rebooked last year to depart in December 2021 and return May 2022.
A lot of money was paid to rebook the flight and now when it is time for my father to return, the flight was changed by Delta adding two connecting flights.
I called Delta about the change and was informed that they would change the flight but because I booked it at Cheapfilghtsfreak.com, they would be able to change the flights with one connection.
I called today to make the change, was advised that the change can be made at no cost, but there is a change fee!!! A change fee, for what? Delta changed the flight and would have changed it for free so why do I now have to pay a fee for something that was not done by my fathers but the airline.
PLEASE PLEASE do not book with this travel agency because they charge a fee for everything regardless if the airline makes changes.
A lot of money was spent to rebook his flight because of Covid-19 and in the end Cheapflightfreaks are asking me to pay out of your pocket again!!!! Cheap flight freaks need to stop charging for every change. I guess next clients will be charged for telephone calls. .

Most booking sites are way more straight forward than this one. The last thing I was expecting was to have to wait for two days and contact customer service to find out whether my flight was EVEN BOOKED or not.

My father was booked on a flight from Rdu to Lagos Nigeria in 2020 when COVID-19 hit and Delta canceled my dads flight. Since then it has been hell trying to get a flight rebooked because cheap flight freaks charges over 700 to 900 extra plus the original cost that my dad paid 1123 just to rebook another flight. The flight was not canceled by my father but by Delta and since then I still cannot get him a flight after having at credit for over 1700 plus they are still asking for 700 plus more dollars. This is ridiculous and uncalled for a business. Going back and forth is not what he expected to do especially since the cancellation was not his fault. Please ask questions before you book with them because if you have to reschedule you will have to come out of your pockets.
UPDATE: JEFFERY went far and beyond to right the wrong that was done. He took his time to make sure my Dad was able to leave and return from RDU to Nigeria on the dates that he requested. After reviewing the itinerary with my dad, he wanted to check other flights and Jeffery was calm and changed the ticket again. He is great working with seniors and if you want the best representative of Cheapflightfreak ask for Jeffrey.

I had a very difficult time to rearrange tickets that was canceled due to the pandemic! Had to call back multiple times to figure out replacement itinerary without costing too much out of pocket. I must say Jeffrey Hunt was extremely helpful, patient and looked up multiple dates and found a date that works for me!

Jeffery hunt was a great help. Even called me after i had booked with a better flight. He did great!

We booked a flight with this company to Italy for May of 2020 for my 30th birthday. When the pandemic hit and Italy closed their boarders our flight was cancelled by the airline. They would not give us a refund even though every airline was giving credits at the time and said United would not issue a credit, which was a lie. So I called United snd they said they would gladly give a refund and that the website could give us the refund. When I talked to the people at cheap flight freaks, they would only give us a voucher for the original amount of the tickets. So fast forward to 2021. I called cheap flights freak to book a new flight with our vouchers and was told we can only use our voucher for the original destination and they can not change it. So I called United and talked with them and they were happy to change the destination for us, however since it was booked through a 3rd party website, they need the booking website to call them. So I called cheap flight freak customer service back and told them United was happy to change it but they needed to call the number, that United provided for me. Their “customer service” told me that the original ticket was a bulk ticket, with a contract with United that could not change the destination. When I told him United was glad to change the destination if he would call United, he kept telling me that it’s not possible to change the destination because of the contract with United for the original ticket. Hello!! United is literally saying they will change it if you call. I understand the contract is with United, that is why, if he would call United, then they could change it. Seriously biggest waste of time and money. Terrible website that will scam you out or your money. Their customer service is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Never ever use this website. You will loose your money and regret it.
