Scammers. Never repplied to my emails and I lost quite a lot of money on flight tickets that I could not even rebook. DON'T buy with them!!! You'll lose your money!!

I can’t communicate with this people and they haven’t send me my confirmation numbers for me to travel. They sent an email about coronavirus and I don’t have my Conf number. They not help meeven with Chats.

I suggest to report this company doing fraudulent activities to European fraud complain website.

These scammers cancelled my overseas reservation due to corona virus situation without any instruction following the cancellation like how and when the refund will take place. They blocked their website and their phone connection. It's been 4 days now since the travel ban took place and I can't have access to them.

Here is my message to you cheaptickets, if you think you will eat up the money I earned the hard way, you are wrong. I am going to fight it all the way even if it will cost me more than the price of my ticket.
You better full refund me and before that you owe all your customers a BIG apology if you want to remain in the business.

Note: You don"t even deserve the star I gave you, it was just for the system to let me through.

I have been trying to cancel my flight from Boston to Paris to Venice to Rome and back for weeks now due to Coronavirus. No luck. Their phone line has technical difficulty and they do not have option to chat with live agent. Very frustrated and disappointed.

Will never Book with CHEAPTICKETS again. Unable to reach literally for WEEKS. Flying out in two days time, want to change the flight due to virus outbreak, panicking with much ANGER.

Do not use them no matter how much cheaper they are. They are dishonest. They have lied to me multiple times and refuse to fix their own errors. I shall be suing them to teach these crooks a lesson.

Been trying to call / email / reach them everyday for the past 1 week to cancel my ticket on the corona virus. Managed to get them once on the phone but refused to refund the ticket! Booking the ticket on their website is fine if you want cheap tickets but if you want anything cancelled or changed, it is SUCH A HASSLE!

Booked concert tickets 6 weeks ago. Today I received an email saying they refund my money and canceled my order. When I called customer service I was s told that they were not able to honor the price I booked at because the tickets were more expensive. Both customer service guys I talked to were extremely rude. I now have plane tickets and a rental car set up and paid for, but no concert tickets.

I through them to buy a return ticket from HKG/Guam/HKG, however the return flight Guam/HKG was cancelled due to the volcano eruption in Manila, the Manila airport was shutdown. I cancelled my flight with PAL airlines, they said I can refund the one way ticket with the agent in 30days without penalty. I contact CheapTicket.HK in HKG but the phone was transfer to India, a staff sounds very un-professional and rough, eventually I was very angry and required to talk to manager, he said the manage will call back to me but they never did, I emailed them for refund, it was sent out almost 2 weeks, no reply email. I call them with toll free HKG phone No, it was CheapTickets centre but they only keep me waiting half an hour, no one pick up my call !! they don't really look for return customer, It is a rubbish company, don't buy air-ticket in CheapTickets, you can not get any support, refund and customer service. They charged the booking fee, I wouldn't mind as long as provide me service but NOT. Poor company.

I purchased tickets for a play from Cheap Tickets, but when I called the venue, I was told the tickets are fake. I called Cheap Tickets for a refund, but they insisted that unless I get a letter from the venue on company letterhead stating that the tickets were fake, I would not be able to get a refund. They are scammers. I can't believe they are associated with Expedia. This was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life and I'm now out about $150. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase anything from cheap tickets.

Really bad! I don't want to give any star. It does not even deserve a single star!!!. They will not take care you and you can't contact to them if there is some problems.

Talk about horrible customer service. I tried to do a price adjustment compared to the actual airlines site and they would not honor it. We are talking over an 800.00 difference. I understand they are in the business to make money but that is absurd. They said if I canceled then I would have to pay 100.00 more and then I would get flight credit with the airline which makes no sense because I would be paying the same amount plus 100.00 more. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!! GO STRAIGHT TO THE AIRLINE FOR THE BEST PRICE.

Terrible customer service! You save no money by booking, with them and then if you have a problem, they do absolutely nothing to help you. I would highly recommend going directly to airlines to get better deals. My experience from beginning to end with CheapTickets was horrifying!

they cancelled my flight because I didn`t reply the email with a time change. I lost 1K. Calling them was a pain. Very rude people on phone.

I booked and made my payment online. When I clicked the payment button, there was an error in payment process but my bank alerted that there was a deduction of 24.48 BHD in my debit account. I was shocked as the amount is already big enough.

Cheaptickets have degenerated over time. Have booked there for 7 years, but their practices have devolved so much it's over just had a booking to Orlando where my my outbound flight got changed from 1:50 hour stopover to a 1 day and 1:50 hour without notification. 5 hours spent on their ridiculously poor call center - ended up with new tickets that are not visible on the united website.

I purchased 6 tickets to a University football game 3 weeks in advance. My tickets were E Tickets. They NEVER ARRIVED!!! My family drove 5 hours to come to this homecoming game. Customer service was terrible and they did not even try to get us other tickets. They told us we had to wait until the game started and if we did not have our tickets they would get us equal to or better tickets. At 6pm, we called and were told there was nothing they could do and the game was sold out. Go figure, you morons!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!!

Well I made reservation with cheaptickets for a package deal for vegas for 4 nights with me and my girlfriend, 3 months from now, I had to cancel because I lost my job, after 6 days and it cost me $900.00 because they have no cancellation clause, on flight and car rental.DO NOT USE CHEAPTICKETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
