My flight Is Amsterdam-Tashkent. The ticket does not include checked luggage in the first part Amsterdam-Istanbul, but it does include it for the second part Istanbul-Tashkent. This is crasy since Istanbul is a transit point, so how it possible to get a checked luggage in the second part without havibg it in the first part? Your company must forseen such situation if the aircarrier plays such dirty tricks. Moreover, there is no possibility to buy checked luggage on your website. And on the top of this I still did not get e-ticket for the one way trip, while for the round-trip on the same date the ticket was issued.

Booking process was intuitive and the website is user friendly

We booked 2 return tickets to New Zealand via CheapTickets. Price was reasonable and communication with ticket information also good. What was not good was an additional charge if you wanted to ensure to sit next to eachother. That for sure should be included in a ticket when you book together. As a result on the return we had seats apart and only at the desk at the airport they could put us together. This additional charge would be a reason for us to No longer use cheaptickets. I do not like “hidden-costs”.

After booking and paying my Copa Airline tickets, I didnt receive them

Ordering tickets is quick and easy. But there is one small nuance. When you go to the site and look at the prices, the price is one, and when you start ordering tickets, they write that the company has changed the prices and add 20-30 euros per ticket. It seems that this is not a large amount, but it is not very pleasant when you order at one price, and during the order the price increases.

I was unable to finish the booking of my flight because of website issues at the phase of the options tab before payment. The retry (3 times) had left me with an increased price of >100€ on my booking.

The flight was booked with a 30 kg baggage allowance, but the ticket states 20 kg.

Parents got stranded on Bangkok Airport due to a cancelled flight, trying to rebook them was not possible as CheapTickets cancelled the tickets and applied for refund, meaning the flight operator could not help us anymore. CheapTickets never didn’t do anything to help, other than quickly apply for refund without our permission. Buying new tickets is impossible due to the high prices they now want.

You cannot speak to them, and if you’re able to get a hold of them they won’t help. Next time pay more via a different company.

Update after reply:
We never asked to refund, and CheapTickets did that without our consent. Because of that, the operator was not able to rebook the flights anymore. They told us very clearly CheapTickets caused more problems by doing that.
