We always want to help where possible, but we are dependent on the options the airline provides. In this case, the airline does not allow adding baggage through their system. This means it can only be arranged directly at the airport.

Fraud and zero help
Never booked with this company myself, but someone else did - using my credit card. Apparently, payment security is not their strongest point. After seeing the card transaction notification on my phone, I immediately contacted them via chat (only option on a Sunday evening), but that didn't solve anything.
