The first time in my life traveling with Vueling a very bad experience.
The first time in my life traveling from Banjul to Barcelona with the flight Vueling VY 7830 without offering even a cap of water. If i could I would never ever fly with Vueling a very poor service that I have ever seen. The weather in side was hot and no water. I don’t think in business world to and the competition, I don’t think Vueling is an option.

Misled and Abandoned During a Medical Emergency
I had to cancel my booking for serious medical reasons, CheapTickets confirmed that cancellation was possible and that a refund would be processed once I provided the required medical documents.
I was never warned that if the airline didn’t respond in time, cancellation could be denied. Two months later, my request was rejected because the departure date had passed, causing unnecessary stress during a very difficult time.

We were contacted by chat and informed: Once you submit medical documents, we will forward it to airlines and full refund is subject to airlines approval.
When they reject the request, we can only advise you to check if the customer has a cancellation insurance, where the costs can be claimed.
