High quality products, however very misleading website. I have experienced many times now, where my order was doubled and products added from my old order. Very inconvenient to what most webstores can offer nowadays.

Generally good experience, until They sent me a random £40 bag of coconut water powder, charged me for it then asked me to pay postage to return before they would refund.
I ordered complete greens & chocolate liquor buttons & used a 40% discount code. I was charged for coconut water powder at full price - a clearly & entirely different order, but they stuck to their story and called me a liar. Not what I expected from what until then had been solid customer service

Had some good protein powder, some bad protein cookies and a whole lot of text messaging spamming from them

My order hasn't arrived after 2 full weeks, they refuse to respond, I'm currently contacting consumer affairs

I ordered the wrong flavoured item on their site. I sent a few emails asking them to change it, they said it was at the back of the list and they haven't got around to it. Then I had to pay for the item to be returned to them in order to get a refund, they couldn't refund me the full amount. Their live chat system is terrible and I don't feel they care about the customer at all. Its a shame as I used to use them alot but they seem to be going downhill now.

Used Bulk Powders for a long time. Never had any problems with their products. When needed, customer service has been excellent. Always have deals on and their products are top quality!!

Really enjoying the supplements I ordered. Big order over 200£ everything seems to be good quality. Making great gains in the gym.

Only annoying issue was receiving notifications of items out of stock after placing the order, they should do this during order as I could go for a replacement.

My product has not been received despite the Royal Mail tracker showing that it was delivered yesterday.

Luckily for me I paid via PayPal 14 days after delivery service so I can stop the payment and minimize my financial loss.

Shame because a reputable company like this shouldn't be using a Mickey mouse outfit like Royal Mail for their deliveries.

Good flavour. Went for classic chocolate. Delivery took longer than expected though! Would shop around before I buy again.

I don't know what they're playing at, it seems like they've gotten so big now they don't have to give a s**t about customer service.

Firstly, on their website it states that order over £49 qualify for free next day delivery, that apparently wasn't the case when i go to checkout and even if you click next day delivery to see what would happen it doesnt confirm your total purchase before you procees with payment so i had to play it safe and go for standard delivery (2 - 3 working days).

5 days later and it's still not even dispatched. Great!

I've emailed and asked for updates. nothing!

Terrible customer service and its not as good as it used to be. Shame because i always thought Bulk Powders were good.

There was an error with my order. It was my fault where I ordered the same order twice. I tried to do a refund there and then but it would not let me do this on online or through Paypal. I couldn't stop the delivery but I made sure when it arrive I sent it back. I received a full refund. I was a little worried for a few days, but Lorenzo in customer support sorted this out and refund me. Many thanks, I will be back for more protein in a few months time.

Last three occasions I have ordered off this site everything has gone wrong.

First time, I ordered four different flavours of protein when the order arrived it was all the same flavour. As I was stuck for the items I said nothing and got on with it.

Second time, I was starting a new PT program and again was stuck for the goods so I waited over two weeks for the items too arrive only to be told that they had been sent back to the warehouse due to shipping problems and other issues but were beyond slow to respond to my emails and calls when asking why I was unable to track my items

And now for a third time, again starting another PT program on Monday ordered the good nearly two weeks ago, no sign, unable to track it only to receive an email that the goods were damaged in transit and as compensation they have rewarded my 200 bulk powder points the equivalent of €2 off my next offer.

BULK you can keep that ground breaking, world hunger curing offer as I can promise you now I’ll never order off your site again. Completely unacceptable, time and time again ye have let me down and I’ve had enough.

I can only hope this reviews turns people away from using your site as much as possible as it’s an absolute joke. If zero stars were an option I would have selected it.

I’m very frustrated that bulk powders have not had my regular order in stock for a couple of months now. Mobilise and radiance capsules. Very effective products but may have to look elsewhere now

I found this vestige so easy to use and the best bit apart from the prices of things is that when they send them to you, the system they use keeps you notified on the delivery down to a one hour delivery slot. Well chuffed.

Parcel was left outside and stolen. Company tried to claim it had been signed for! Absolute joke

Very terrible service, minus one star . Hey , instead of sending me a sheep of wool, i Would've appreciated the order that I actually paid for . On two occasions they failed to send me my order, first they sent me an open package of powder- without my egg whites Re-sent the order a second time with no egg white products ? This is after saying they would personal package it themselves.
