My package was ordered on 21st September and I have still not recieved it on 4th October. Yodel claimed they attempted to deliver it 3 times but I do not believe this is true - at no time was a card left to prove a delivery attempt. I called Yodel several times to arrange and they promised to deliver 'the following day'. I finally called Bulk Powders yesterday to explain the issue and I spoke to Julia who promised to get the package delivered 'the following day' (today/Friday) via DPD and I will receive a time-slot SMS. However, no SMS confirming the delivery was received. I called again this morning for an update only to be informed the delivery hasn't actually been scheduled. I was again promised a delivery 'the following day'. I have given up on this order after much time wasted with Yodel and Bulkpowders staff trying to arrange delivery. I am extremly dissatisfied and will cancel my order for a full refund. Furthermore, I will no longer be ordering my products through Bulkpowders.

5 out of 5 star! I've used Bulk Powders for a while now and I've been nothing but impressed every time. The protein powders mix excellently compared to other leading brands (No lumps at all), the delivery time is super fast and the costs are better than anywhere else. I've recently ordered their Vegan Blend protein powder (Chocolate Peanut) and it tastes amazing and I'm really impressed!

I'm hoping they open a walk in shop where their HQ are based in Colchester so I can just walk in and grab what i need instead of ordering online (fingers crossed).

Horrible experience with bulk powders. My product had a foul taste and horrible smell. I asked them for a refund for a faulty product but they refused.
Customer service was not even listening to my problem and bluntly told me that it's not possible for their product to be faulty. I spent £43 pounds and all went into the drain.

I have ordered 5 or 6 times, every time I choose next day delivery, every time it takes days and days to arrive.

On this occasion I ordered last Wednesday, now Tuesday and I'm still yet to receive my delivery (I live in central London, not Inverness).

Will never use agin!

I've purchased two of your products one of them was far after the date ( expired ) and the other one was about to expire. 0 points out of 10 won't come back. The only plus is a fast next day delivery.

I've used this company a few times now and I won't be going anywhere else in a hurry great value on products and delivery time is great next day delivery if you order early enough and its (free delivery) :-)

I have been buying supplements from this website for a few years now, unfortunately last time i had a bad experience with the DPD couriers, a Simple change of address turned into somewhat of a balls up and when i finally received the package it looked like it was used to prop up a car as a make shift jack was not impressed tried to complain but it was falling on deaf ears, they certainly did not go beyond the Call of Duty this time

I got exactly what I ordered and in the allotted time frame with no issues at all, a very good company that I will be using again and recommending to my clients.

Should not be selling supplements 1 year out of best before date. Protein shakes taste awful.

I've used cheap UK supplements and this is great. The service was on point and fast delivery.

The protein I bought has an excellent flavour and it is cost effective,including the creatine is some hugh quality stuff.I will definitely buy more soon. P.s excellent delivery timings and reminders including rescheduling if need be.

Can't fault these guys, never had an issue, they deliver when they say they will and keel you up to date throughout the whole process. I never write reviews so they must be good haha.

Fast delivery an supps arrived in top condition aka all (seals) still in tact, i order alot of supps and some of the tubs ive recieved from leading sites have been a joke considering the price paid, i placed 2 seperate orders to c.uk.s which were made within minutes of each other shipped to the same address, couldnt figure out why there were 2 couriers delivering it but i cannot complain.... 10/10 for ofertas price and delivery, i will be making many more orders with C uk S ...
