Well packaged, good price... let down by postage!
Title says it all, very happy with the price of the item I ordered and the packaging was good, economical and practical but after ordering it on Friday by order didn't arrive until the following Thursday! If this could be sorted out and perhaps sped up, my experience would be worth a perfect 5 Stars!

Advertises 1 day delivery and does so but it takes nearly 1 week to dispatch and does not let you return products.
The product was not dispatched until nearly 1 week later than when I ordered it when it said next day. I purchased EMP whey and it was revolting and didn't even taste like it described so I tried to get it refunded and they simply would not let me, they said they will not refund the product despite multiple emails. Extremely disappointing service.

New customer, very impressed.
First time using this online shop and have no complaintd at all. Arrived when stated, in a secure box which was well enforced and protected inside with inflatable tubes. All products came in the one box, and they text you with a delivery time the day before to make you aware when it will arrive. I reviewed all of the prices prior to purchase and this was cheaper than Amazon and other leading suppliers. Would 100% recomend to friends.

Decent service!
Ordered supps in worth of 70£. First, I was worried, as my status order staid "unknown" for a week. Then it turned to "somekind error" and I called their support line, where I was told that all the deliveries had been delayed due to their expansion and warehouse movement. From that moment everything went on smooth - my parcel was sent on its way the very next day and received the package rather quickly. Furthermore, the supplements are great!
