The whole evening was fantastic! Darryl was a fantastic host, keeping the perfect balance between chatting to us and keeping us entertained, whilst carefully explaining what to do so you never felt lost off, or that you couldn't ask questions. Would definitely recommend as an activity!

The meal was great - not to complicated but still a dish most people wouldn't have cooked before. Daryll was a great host, entertaining and took his time - didn't feel like we were in a rush at all, he was happy to hang around at the end of the class to answer any questions or wait till people were finished completely. Would recommend for any event - corporate or with friends/family

We did this as a team building evening during lockdown and I have to say juggling 15 people over teams while cooking actually went so much better than I thought. We cooked risotto and chocolate cake, both were delicious and are going to become regular dishes in our household now. Both were mostly using ingredients that I already had, the last few ingredients were easy and cheap to buy. Darryl was very patient and didn't mind repeating him self over and over again when people were behind or had missed a step. This was a thoroughly enjoyable evening and I would jump at the chance to do it again if I had the chance.

I can thoroughly recommend a cookery session with Darryl. As well as cooking all the steps of the recipes with you he makes the time very enjoyable with lots of chat and fun.

I have cooked with Chef's Compliments/Darryl twice now and will happily do it again! The ingredients are very diverse in spices & flavours and the end result is incredibly tasty! Darryl is great fun to cook with and adjusts his pace so everyone can keep up! You won't regret a session with Darryl, his energy, excitement and expertise make it really enjoyable and educational!

Our second time running this event and it was as successful as the first. We've had great feedback and requests again to run another session. Darryl is great at taking you through each step, offering alternatives to ingredients and helping you if something has gone a bit wrong!

We did this as a team building day and it was brilliant start to finish. The chef made us feel at ease and was super helpful. He didn’t mind waiting for others to catch up or repeat instructions. The food was outstanding and felt like a real treat. Due to COVID this was done remotely but it really felt like we bonded as a team by completing the recipes. For a team building day it was the best I’ve been on.

This is the third cook-a-long with Darryl, he's patient, knowledgeable and good fun. You don't need to have any skills, he will guide you through and everything we've done has tasted amazing.

Recently participated in two virtual cookery lessons hosted by chef Darryl. Both were very enjoyable, instructions were clear and the results amazing! I have since made some of the recipes again and pleased to say they came out really well. These will definitely become part of my signature dishes for the family. Thank you chef Darryl!

I booked a cooking class for my team at work and was very happy. From the first communication through to the live class, everything ran smoothly. Darryl was a pleasure to work with. The cooking class it's self was great, everyone enjoyed it and I would definitely book again

I booked Chef Darryl for a virtual cooking class for our team as part of our "Family Week" and we were not disappointed! Booking the event was easy - from deciding on a menu that would make everyone happy to giving us a shopping list! The class itself was so much fun. Darryl is a great teacher and the team learned a lot. Great team dinner afterwards too!

This was great, service was spot on it all arrived well in time for our dinner party. The cooking instructions were really good and chief Bonito went through it with us on the morning. This was our 1st time using chiefs complements and its something we will defiantly use again, would highly recommend.

Chef Bonito was excellent. We had never used a Private Chef service before and we tried Chefs Compliments seeing them on the internet. Food was excellent and Chef Bonito was personable and took care of everything. I would highly recommend the service to others.

We booked Chefscompliments with Darryl for two virtual corporate cooking classes on the same day and it was fantastic. Darryl was superb to work with, accommodating to our company technology and process'. He delivered two outstanding sessions to which we've already received lots of great feedback from colleagues. Booked Chefscompliments for a Pearl Wedding Anniversary lunch for 4 people, I have to say that the food was excellent and the Chef was amazing, nothing was to much trouble and the kitchen was left spotless. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking to have a lunch/dinner party.
