Shocking - do not use this company!!
As for some many of the other reviewers, i have not received my order.
I ordered something in December and paid for for guaranteed delivery pre Christmas and it still has not arrived.
I’ve emailed twice but had no reply and no one has picked up the phone when I’ve called so they are rude as well as unreliable!

Scam company - one star is too much.
Ordered in October 22; have emailed 4 times and had almost immediate replies each time to apologise and that it would be sent out straight away, only to receive nothing still.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I ordered cutlery from this site on 06/12/22 and as of 03/02/22 have received nothing. Got through on the phone twice and was promised a delivery that week .... nothing. Had an email saying would be dispatched in 2 working days by Parcelforce. Nothing, and no notification from Parcelforce that they had recieved the goods. Have reported to Trading Standards and started the process to recover the money (£235) from my credit card company.

I cannot say I am thrilled taken our money and nothing received very disappointed will be contacting trading standards and card company

Item ordered in November and nothing has arrived. Not answering phone or emails. Sounds like a problem everyone is having.

Order placed in Nov 2022, goods not received. Chased December and January. No response. Credit card confirmed they took the money. Dispute now in progress. Do not use this company!

If your experience is the same then report to the Trading Standards, like I have done. These companies must be stopped!

A sham of a company, no order no emails no calls no refund 3 weeks on and still nothing- should be shut down and reported to trading standards for such incompetence

Same thing. Ordered mugs we needed and 3 weeks down the line not received them and no response on an email.

It's obviously a scam company and its very common with new ecommerce companies.

Never again and please don't order anything or else you'll loose your money and you'll never receive your purchasing product!

Ordered items for a hotel install back in early December last year and they have not arrived and we have had ZERO communication. They do not answer any calls or respond to any emails.
Did a bit of research and the company is owned by a woman called Jessica Pankhurst and she also owns another e-commerce company called Xenia Supplies Limited and their reviews are also absolutely appalling. How this incompetent woman is still in business is beyond me. A steep learning curve to check all reviews from anyone new we purchase from. I am reporting to Trading Standards.

I have ordered and paid for Vogue Wooden Spatula 18", Ref: J112 on 29. December 2022. It was said the delivery takes 4-7 days. After that, no more Emails, no delivery, no response to further Emails from my side, no refund or anything. Scum, thieves, not recommended at all.

Why didn’t I check reviews before I bought. No delivery only excuses. When business is so difficult there is no room for liars and cheats. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. How can they be allowed to trade !!!

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. Paid for express delivery and still waiting. I rang multiple times and emailed. Eventually received an email from this Ed stating I’d receive the item on Tuesday; Guess what! Tuesdays been and gone. Don’t quite understand how they get away with this? Has anyone reported them? Yah I’ve been refunded, go to your bank and they’ll get your money back for you‼️ Ed did ring with nonsense excuses

Yes, I have also been scammed by this company. I wish I had read the reviews because my order did not arrive and no one answers the phone or emails. Took my money and have received nothing. How this company has been allowed to keep doing this after this has happened to so many people, I have no idea. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT!!!

We ordered £230 worth of equipment on the 4th April. We called only to receive the message that all their phone lines are busy and to leave a message, no return call, despite several messages left. Checked out companies House and they have no staff working for them. I strongly recommend that you do not use this company and if you have and are in the same boat as me, hopefully you purchased on your credit card and this can be refunded and the banks can deal with them. Shockingly poor behaviour from one business to another.
