Scam. Ordered something for work, no reply to the phone and email. Havent had any acknowledgement of any order even though 200 pound has left my account. Dont buy from these guys, they should be investigated as many people are being mislead and losing money. Shame especially during this post covid time... Absolutely no respect for this business, please give me a refund

No delivery, no reply to calls or emails...

Absolute rubbish customer service . They never pick phone and never reply to emails . They never try to put it right even if it’s there fault. Never shop again

I orders some gastro trays over 3 months ago, they were 'in stock' and I paid for 4-7 days delivery. They haven't arrived, the phone doesn't get answered and no one responds to emails. These people belong in prison.

This company should be removed. Just like everyone else on this review, I have been given the runaround.

I ordered 2 teapots from them nearly 2 months ago & still have not had my order delivered, very unhappy with there service & not answering phone calls 👎

I ordered a water boiler from this company at a very good price.
Then I read reviews which weren’t all great, and was a bit concerned.
But I have to say it arrived in good time and in excellent condition.
Very happy and would use again

My company is currently awaiting a large value order from these clowns. After reading these reviews I now understand why my phonecalls and emails have not been acknowledged. I shall be calling in into their HQ very soon with a large baseball bat. See you soon Chefszest!

My item hasn’t arrived. I have placed my order two months ago. They took my money and now don’t reply to my emails and messages. My money has been stolen.

As all other negative comments, no response from numerous emails and telephone calls and still have not received my goods. Am writing the money off and ordering from another company as life is to short to be going round and round in circles without receiving any response what-so-ever from this useless company. I bet all the positive comments are from the company itself and probably posted by Ed! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Wrong goods supplied, I returned them, and after 2 months are yet to receive the correct items despite paying for another delivery charge - phone never answered, emails unresponsive.
Shall attempt to have back get the cash back. But hold little hope.

Dreadful don’t order anything. I ordered an item May 2nd I still haven’t had any response from numerous messages left and an email. This is the worst company ever!

SCAM - Placed order, money taken same day - order still showing as pending despite being wsh past 4-7 working day delivery- ignoring emails and phonecLks ....now asking for charge back from bank !

Absolutely awful, 5 weeks on and still waiting for items to arrive, pathetic time wasting excuses. I will request a full refund via credit card company as absolutely no faith in this company. Do not waste your time with these people. My rating would be 0. I’ll only order from reputable companies from now on, lesson learnt, please do not make same mistake. Given till Friday for items to arrive but absolutely no faith they will, so not wasting anymore time on them.

My item never arrived, is it possible to report this company ?
Looks like they are just stealing money and it’s not fair.

Ok, I call no answer, but every my mail to admin was reply by Ed. Yes take 3 weeks longer then standard delivery, but I was receiving my full order, very happy with the product.

Item not as described, terrible customer service and product delivered way beyond the detailed timescale given.

I bought some garden furniture April 21 was initially told it was out of stock then promised a refund and after many many emails and phone calls to ED who must spend all day promising refunds I’m still waiting . £150 of my hard earned money down the drain, please don’t get ripped off like me I wish I had read the reviews.
