had a very frustrating experience with this company. Everything was fine at first and communication was quick and helpful. However, as soon as I requested a refund because of thier software fail to verify my identity, they completely stopped responding to my emails.
Can't get my order or my money back .
It’s disappointing that the level of customer service changed so drastically. I’m now having to escalate the issue through my bank due to the lack of response.
I would advise others to be cautious, especially if you may need a refund.

Since my initial review, the company reached out to explain that a major power outage had prevented them from accessing emails and processing orders for several days.

The support team has been very proactive in fixing the issue. They have arranged for a full replacement to be sent via Royal Mail 24 service and have already issued a refund for my original delivery charges.

While the initial delay and lack of communication were frustrating, the company has made a genuine effort to make things right. They provided a clear explanation and went above and beyond by offering a significant discount for a future order. It is clear they value their customers and take accountability when things go wrong.

INITIAL REVIEW

I paid for Royal Mail 48 Tracked delivery two weeks ago. While I received a dispatch notification, it contained no tracking number. Despite the promised timeframe, the order has never arrived.
I have attempted to resolve this through both emails and phone calls. Every attempt at contact has gone completely unanswered. There is no proactive communication or accountability from the company.
The lack of tracking, missing goods, and total silence suggest this is a scam website. I am now forced to dispute the charges with my bank to recover my money.
