Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.
As a regulated pharmacy, we cannot discuss or verify the details of any individual order, medicine, refund, or clinical decision on a public platform, even where a reviewer has chosen to share part of their experience.
All prescription medicine orders are subject to clinical review. Where the exact treatment or quantity requested cannot be supplied safely or appropriately, an order may be amended or not supplied in line with our clinical governance processes. Where an amendment affects the amount supplied, any relevant refund is processed accordingly.
Patient safety must come first, and our team can only supply treatment that has been clinically approved by the prescriber. If you would like us to review this further with you directly, please contact our support team so we can look into your concerns through the appropriate private channel.

I felt reassured by the screening process. The team actually reached out to confirm my current meds, and tailored the prescription so as to do me no harm.
Selected products were delivered under plain cover, rapidly.
