So Sad, and Unnecessary, this store accused me of stealing a dress that I have paid for and still do not have.

My store in Riverside Ca, helped me order 2 t shirt dress from their online store. Only 1 came. I called the store. later Carolyn called me and told me that only 1 dress was ordered online and I was charged for 2 because there was one in store and I took it with me. UNBELIEVABLE. I have done everything possible to straighten this out. I talked to the manager who only talked with Carolyn and then told me she believes Carolyn. All they have to do is look at their surveillence cameras and apologize. I have shopped at that store for over 20 yrs. I counted them my friends. I go in about twice a week. Lindsay the manager said he would send me another dress did not happen. I went back in to the store thinking they were friends and we could get past this. It was obvious every clerk immediately expeced a show down, apparently I am now the "witch from hell" instead of greeting me normally. I am not like that. In fact, I went back in because I originally believe Lindsay and thought they would look at the tapes and realized they had made a mistake and we could all be friends again. I shared it with a friend and she said that something similar happened to her in that store a few months back. When I went into the store, I did not realize my friend was there also. Apparently she had talked with Lindsay about the deal. Lindsay told her she had talked to Carolyn and she believe her (and not me the customer). And that she just did not know how to make me happy. Seriously. I hate conflict and expected the manager to keep her word. It is simple. DO NOT ACCUSE ME OF STEALING A DRESS. Look at the tape and realize you made a mistake and apologize so we can all be friends again.

I have no idea whether I will receive…

I have no idea whether I will receive goods ordered - all I’ve received is the run around. Chicos has charged my credit card for items that are still sitting in the shopping cart online. There is no record of purchase - when I reached out I was told there was no record of an order and would have to reorder the items - I had a bad feeling about ordering again and so declined the offer - a week later I was charged without any record of an order going through- I am beginning to feel scammed.

First order. Never again! Horrible service.

This is my first order at Chico’s. I ordered mid-May. I was notified it would be delivered May 30. It didn’t come. This is June 5 and it still isn’t here.
Customer service is worthless. I’ve talked to them three times and each time I was promised it would be here before 7:00. Still not here.
Today they said it takes 5-7 days. It’s way past that and when I told her she said “yes, but it wasn’t sent until 5/28”. Criminy! Whose fault is that? How could I have known that they don’t ship until they find it convenient?
This is my last order with this store. Never again. I now have to shop for another dress for this weekend’s wedding.

On Time order…

I ordered a dress online but I forgot the date. I was hoping I would get it in time for Mother's Day and thankfully I did. It's one of your Traverlers designs and it's very soft and comfortable. I got lots of compliments on it when I wore it yesterday.

Chicos Mall of Georgia Customer Service…

Chicos Mall of Georgia Customer Service sucks. The employees themselves write 5 star reviews praising their own store! One of the employee Chikita wrote a review giving the store 5 stars. She works there. So they manipulate the store score? What happened to your service that you have to fake your own reviews? Judging people too much? And your clothes are so SO EXPENSIVE now. No one is going to buy a $249 blazer or $150 shirt!! No wonder you are closing your stores.

Poor customer service

I received a text from chicos that entire purchases were 25 percent off. After ordering online, I was not given additional 25 percent off a sale item. I was told that the 25 percent off was included in the sale price.
That’s just WRONG!

Reviews have disappeared.This was very helpful in deciding what to buy because it gave more info about fit, construction and fabric. I will no longer be buying from Chicos unless I get to try on one of the limited items sent to my local store. Big mistake, Chicos!

I’m new to Chico’s and Gone! Don’t waste your money or time

I’m new to Chico’s. I spent $750+ the first time and $150+ the second and last time. Only to have clothes that pill, and literally come apart! The styles are cute. The designs are cute. The CONSTRUCTION of the garments and fabrics are such poor quality, don’t waste your money. These are way overpriced clothes that are irregulars (at best) and poor quality. You can wear once and then they’re fit for the garbage. They can’t sew straight. The threads come out. The Brigitte eyelet pants are so cute. Then hideous after one careful wash. Threads coming out of the eyelets and coming apart. A top that is 95% polyester and 5% spandex is pilling like crazy. A slub t shirt, cotton blend literally had threads falling out of the sleeve leaving holes. I still went back a second time. Bought a ruffle sleeve tshirt lilly double layer sleeve tshirt that is so cute on the hanger. But, you put it on and it’s sewn all wrong! The sleeves are open and pull all the way to the front showing half of your bra. I’m a C cup and a size 1. I wash their garments by themselves in gentle garment bags on gentle cycle. Honestly, Walmart clothes aren’t as cute on the hanger as Chico’s. But, they are better quality. So is Old Navy. I don’t know how Chico’s is still in business. But I won’t be their customer anymore. They are absurdly substandard.

Top Bleached From Deodorant

I purchased a top at the Chico's Tanger Outlet in DE in March and just wore it for the first time. The material was bleached from my deodorant (Secret). I called Chico's to see what could be done to remedy the situation, and they said they could only send me a new one but that I would have to pay since it was not a defect with the material. Are you kidding me? I've never worn another article of clothing that has reacted with my deodorant.

Paid extra to get bday gift here on time. Gave as gift. When opened... necklace was not even on pillow or hooked. Just thrown in box with two pieces of tissue. Was all hooked up together and tag price had been just ripped off. Gift tag was wrong and soooo tiny I could not believe it. When I text the company site... yes you heard me... nobody answers number... they have you go online.... I text to three different people who didn't read and just kept telling me to return it within 60 days? My gram opened as a bday gift??? Nobody cares. No customer service these days. Nobody cares. So much
Money for crap . Never again will I order from here.

Don't wash your linen dresses according to care instructions!

Ordered a beautiful linen dress from Chico's, $179.00, last Spring. Wore it a couple of times before washing it. Hung in my closet because I was out of state for a few months. Came home and decided to wash it before wearing it on Easter. Followed very carefully the care instructions on the dress and it SHRUNK! Couldn't wear it. It was after the 6 months and I didn't have a receipt. CS allowed me to return it "this one time". Thank you. Just called to follow up on my refund. They mailed me a gift card for $9.97, which I haven't received!!! I'm afraid to wash anything I've purchased from Chico's. I'm returning my recent purchases. Who keeps receipts for 6 months? Won't be shopping there again.

Absolute rags

Recently ordered 4 t shirts online based on previous experience with quality goods. They were the cheapest thinnest garments I ever saw. Poorly sewn, awful. I returned them (at my cost!) and am still waiting for the refund. Chico's is definitely finished, these are rags that no one would be seen dead in. I wonder if this will be posted.

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I ordered two items in good faith that I would receive them in Michigan in a timely manner. My order was placed on Mar 5. On Mar 6 they were at an origin facility in Winder, Georgia. The 7th it was a regional facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Next a post office in Marietta. On the 10th it was back at another facility in Atlanta. Next up Palmetto, Georgia. I called Chicos and was told two things. They couldn't do anything about it for 7-10 business days, but when I said I would call back on day 7 she changed her mind and said, no I needed to wait 10. She then told me it was my fault anyway, because I used "basic shipping". I should have paid extra if I wanted it in a timely manner. I called my local post office and they filed a concern with Palmetto. They didn't know where it was or when they'd find it. The post master here said he could send Chicos the paperwork saying it was lost. The second supervisor I talked with wasn't interested. They still needed to wait 10 business days, but unlike the previous Chicos' supervisor she said they did not include Saturdays as business days even though it is a business day for the post office. She was unwilling to do anything. One item I ordered is now sold out and the other looks like will be sold out before the 20th (which is TWO WEEKS after my order was placed) and the soonest they will begin looking into where my order is. I'm done with Chicos. They aren't worth this frustration!

Poor Quality Product, cotton material, tissue thin.

I wrote a review on the Chico's website and because it was a one rating; they did not publish it. I purchased two tops from them and the material was extremely poor quality. They were cotton tops; the material was tissue thin and you could see through it when you held it up to the light. These tops were $39. For the price, this company should be very ashamed to be selling this level of quality products.

I ordered online and never received my…

I ordered online and never received my package. It’s was sent by FedEx , when I track my order with FedEx they said that Chicos paid the economy rate for their delivery so I have not the right to open a vas .
And costumer service at chicos said that they can’t be responsible for the delivery.
So I had to dispute the transaction with my ban . Chicos is not a trustworthy company. Be aware!

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - do not use their .com ordering.

I have been a Chico's customer (including Rewards+) for quite some time and usually do my shopping in-stores. But recently I had a situation where they didn't have my size/color options in store and the in-store staff was quite busy, so I opted to order online instead. Never again. Even though I placed an order for 3 items at the same time, it automatically got split into separate orders. One of my items went great, processed quickly, shipped quickly, etc. Trying to get a hold of the other two items has been a mess - they've been stuck in 'waiting for pickup' status for several business day, I've received incorrect information via customer service email and then when I switched to live chat to ask if I could just cancel my order at this point (it's estimated to be about a 3 week difference between receiving items in the same order) I learned that basically once you place an order, it doesn't matter how long it takes for it to get to you, the don't allow any changes in processing or cancellation. So your only option is to wait weeks to receive an item (and then return if you don't want to have paid for the terrible experience).

Excellent Customer Service

I made an appointment with Sandy to help select some outfits for my birthday. I went in a little early and began asking Jonelle questions about the different pants and their names (Juliett/ Bridgette/ ankle etc.) she was super helpful and got my Chico's knowledge started. During my appointment Patty was also available to help critique my outfits in addition to Sandy. Both of these ladies helped pairing outfits plus suggesting some more colorful items. They recommended and brought full price and sale pieces I wouldn't normally gravitate towards, and their choices were brilliant. The addition of the sale items added value to my new wardrobe. I returned another day to find a 30% sale on the sale items!!! Got some deals that day as well!! The manager Nancy called to remind me about the Black Friday Sale and of course I returned, 30% off and still 30% on the sale items. Upon my final visit for my birthday month, I had yet another stylish lady, Cindy assist me. I can't say enough about these ladies, their product knowledge, styling capabilities and overall excellent customer service. Please stop by and give them the opportunity to style you. This isn't offered in many stores and separates Chico's from the average department store. Come see the store in Lawrence on Mass Street these ladies are one class act... Jonelle, Sandy, Patty and Cindy!!!

Awful Online Customer Service

I placed an order inside a store location for a needed size. I cannot track the order like the email tells me to. Customer service just sends me to USPS where I continually see that USPS is waiting for the order. I have no clue if I will ever receive this. Awful customer service

Chico Facebook deal a scam!

The REAL Chicos was scammed by a company from Hong Kong via Facebook ads in mid August into Sept. Orders were tracked , then supposedly delivered, often to a “courtyard”. My bank is handling an investigation and my $ was returned to my VISA acct’
