I recently purchased the body moisturiser to use for myself as I have fragrance sensitivities. This moisturiser has an awful rancid almond smell, - it’s like it has “gone off”. Very disappointing.

Delightful company with AMAZING Customer service!

After seeing an offer shortly before christmas for free shipping, I sent an off the cuff response stating it was a great offer, but nothing I wanted was in stock... cue a reply from Claire, she went out of her way to help me to locate products I required straight away, then today, out of the blue, sent an email to let me know that another item I was hoping to get is now on offer in Tesco stores!

I cannot fault anything about this store, delivery is quick, and customer service is absolutely second to none!
