We are pleased to announce that our website is now 20 years old with over 200,000 customers! We have also been on eBay for 20 years and are consistently a high rated seller. All orders received before 3pm(and most 3-4pm orders) are posted on the same weekday. UK orders over £50 automatically qualify for free courier/Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Game orders over £60 are currently upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24(as at Nov23). We check, grade (and test if necessary), refurbish, clean, regrade, recheck, photograph, describe all games individually before listing for sale. Chillout Games has invested in £25,000 of professional disc machinery and employs a dedicated machine operator to deliver your discs in the best possible condition. Another long serving member of staff is responsible for cleaning and checking cart contacts, checking authenticity, checking/replacing cart internal batteries, and refurbishing consoles and accessories. The website also offers an instant price for 50,000 of your games with free Parcelforce courier collection or Post Office dropoff options and get paid within 48hrs of receipt (larger quotes 3-4 days). Best online retro game store that cares!
One of the few places online that not only stocks lots of retro games but does insane job of posting pictures of every piece, describing the condition and what it includes, updates daily, ships to my country and does shipping properly to ensure your precious games do not get broken during shipping such as the jewel cases where they go over the norm of packaging but package them to the extent that I have yet to see done by anyone.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. What you see is what you get, no generic picture only the actual product you are buying. I have never had a scratched disk from them. If anything is wrong they have been very helpful and communicative. I cannot fault them on anything and they deserve all the praise they get.

Great experience using Chillout Games
Great experience using Chillout Games. Found a Wii Classic controller which was in stock. Ordered it for same day dispatched (with only 10 mins left on the counter for it to be eligible) and promptly received an email informing me that the controller had been dispatched. It came well packaged in its original box and was in great condition. Couldn't be happier with the experience and will be happy to buy from Chillout Games again.
