We are pleased to announce that our website is now 20 years old with over 200,000 customers! We have also been on eBay for 20 years and are consistently a high rated seller. All orders received before 3pm(and most 3-4pm orders) are posted on the same weekday. UK orders over £50 automatically qualify for free courier/Royal Mail Tracked delivery. Game orders over £60 are currently upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24(as at Nov23). We check, grade (and test if necessary), refurbish, clean, regrade, recheck, photograph, describe all games individually before listing for sale. Chillout Games has invested in £25,000 of professional disc machinery and employs a dedicated machine operator to deliver your discs in the best possible condition. Another long serving member of staff is responsible for cleaning and checking cart contacts, checking authenticity, checking/replacing cart internal batteries, and refurbishing consoles and accessories. The website also offers an instant price for 50,000 of your games with free Parcelforce courier collection or Post Office dropoff options and get paid within 48hrs of receipt (larger quotes 3-4 days). They had a game that was not easy to find anywhere else and they didn't overcharge me for it. They have access to very good copies of old games which is useful for collectors I imagine.

Friendly, professional, brilliant.
Paul and the whole Chillout Games setup are excellent and completely customer focused. I cannot recommend using them enough and will be going back to them again and again, I'm sure. My items were in frankly brilliant condition and the service was the best I've experienced online. I've bought through their Amazon store and from their own website and had a top-notch experience every time. Trust this seller! They are worth your time and money.

I bought the US version of Silent Hill: Homecoming for a great price, quite difficult to find this version in UK. I ordered it on Saturday, it arrived on Sunday (I am also in UK). It is in mint condition. The service was superlative and I recommend to everyone. - Everygamegoing

Good and fair service which was clear and easy to use, and prompt payment given. Will use again for selling and probably buying at some stage: unlike other services they take rarer and NTSC games so very useful for collectors like me. Would recommend.

Still the best!
I always buy my ps1/ps2 games here because its always super fast delivery, the discs are in like new condition, puts bubble wrap in the case to stop the disc falling out while delivered, the box has padding in it to stop the cases cracking in the post, even the discs are all lined up straight when you open the case, the guy is a real perfectionist, will be back!
