DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM. We ordered a dressing table and stool, nothing happened for weeks, we then got a text announcing delivery the same day that did not happen. Upon emailing we were given a new date for delivery and that also did not happen. Given the prices they charge this company should be avoided for lousy service. Cannot comment on quality because item was not even delivered.

I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering from this company. Like others my furniture arrived damaged, paint was uneven, different colour to what was shown on the website and it was uneven.
It took two days to arrive but almost two weeks later I'm awaiting collection, and the company have my money. Fair enough if I'd changed my mind, but this is a damaged item and I think it's poor that I have to wait for so long before my refund is issued so I can buy something else.

There was an issue with the box being damaged in transit (this was despite being very well-packaged). this was resolved quickly and professionally by Daria and I wouldn't hesitate to us again or recommend. Great customer service.

Not worth money and overpriced, builders ( or actually drivers how customer service call them) they send can’t build nothing. I’ve been buying furnitures from them in the past and always end up unsatisfied. Very expensive but not that good quality in my opinion you better of buying somewhere else but definitely don’t use with build up option. Customer service very poor, long waiting for replying and no help at all. One to avoid!

Both bedside tables were really damaged even though they were well packed, So they must of been packed like that so says alot about their company. Why pack it up, it’s now wasted my time and their time , they have sat in my hall for 2 weeks , and now it’ll be another 2 weeks for a refund , what a joke of a company. After waiting 2 weeks to get them collected they showed turned up at 5.55am knocking on My door, with 3 children asleep and a dog going crazy. The Delivery men were very apologetic and didn’t even want to knock themselves as they said it was so early but this was the time they were told, what sort of company works like that. You get what you pay for is all I can say. Stick to the known companies.

Order arrived damaged, been waiting for 3 weeks now for them to collect the damaged furniture but not really getting anywhere with it unfortunately. Just got a big bit of furniture sat in the house taking up space. Looking at other reviews it seems I’m not the only one with this experience.

We were pleased with our bench that we have in our laundry room. Lots of spaces underneath to tuck your shoes in etc. It’s nice enough to have in your hall, as it has a very nice padded cushion to sit on.
From ordering to delivery, no problems.

I am really happy with the two dresser tops I ordered.

One of the dresser tops was damaged on arrival but I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided. I was offered either a replacement or refund and the replacement I requested was delivered within a few days.

I would recommend this company.

Sold me faulty goods that had been clearly returned because they were damaged. Only realised the problem when I put it together. Offered 20% discount then said it only covered certain items greatly reducing the amount I received.

i purchased the table and chairs online. The price competitive, the webpage was very infomative and reassuring with accurate measurements and photos. Finance was clear too.

I tried to order online, website crashed so order didn't go through but my money was taken. Spoke to a lady on the phone who said apologised and said the money would go back in. In all fairness it did go back in the next day.
Tried to order for the 2nd time and its happened again!!

From order to delivery, everything went smoothly. Lovely made furniture which has continued to look as lovely as the day it came out the boxes.

I purchased two Hampshire Cream / Ivory Painted Oak bedside cabinets on line. They were delivered the next day. Arrving well packaged and all in good order. Very happy with the cabinet, great quality for the price compared with other online retailers. Very happy and worth 5 stars. thank you Chiltern Oak Store

I ordered the furniture online and was a bit nervous as always like to see what I am buying. But I need not have worried as the furniture is superb quality and I had great service. Highly recommend this company.
