Chiltern seeds always has a wide variety of seeds which I look forward to every year, there's something for everyone. The packages are always a joy to receive and always packed very well. I've grown some really interesting and lovely plants over the years from their seeds. They are a;ways happy to help with any advice you may need to, I've been extremely happy with my seeds and the services they provide over the years. Thank you Chiltern seeds.

I often buy your seeds but was disappointed that the guide to germinating and sowing has been removed. It will not be helpful for new gardeners to have to look for information when they will be busy in spring. Cost cutting perhaps but information is vital to becoming successful so please make it available on each package. I tried to look on your web site but gave up

I've been using Chiltern Seeds for years. Their customer service is superb and the website is nicely designed and easily searchable. Other seed companies have cut costs over the years and declined as a result, but Chiltern Seeds continues to impress.

I first discovered Chiltern Seeds during lockdown and had great success growing vegetables. After a gardening 'blip' I'm ready to start again and have ordered a lovely selection of flower seeds this time. Customer service is excellent and responses to email queries always very prompt and friendly. A family run business that really cares.

Chiltern Seeds is a wonderful company! I am a flower farmer in Canada and I have used Chiltern seeds for several years. They have a huge selection of seeds (better than anything I can find in North America) and they have great prices and reasonable shipping to Canada. Recently my package was very late in arriving, and Chiltern Seeds kindly offered to send out another duplicate package right away! The delay was likely the fault of Canada Post (there was a recent postal strike, and possibly the package was waylaid during the recovery from that), but I am really appreciate Chiltern Seeds doing their best to make it right. I cannot recommend them enough. They have excellent customer service, a huge variety of seeds, and use environmentally friendly non plastic packaging.

Chiltern Seeds is a great company. They stock an amazing range of seeds, they deliver promptly, the catalogue/website is very informative.
If I've ever needed to contact them they have been very helpful and have retained their small company feel. I highly recommend them.

Great communication when i asked about delivery,always have good germination from the seeds sent fron Chiltern Seeds.

The quality of the seeds were brilliant. I bought Agretti an Italian herb which is notoriously difficult to germinate. I had little faith to be honest. However, germinate they did within the week. The seeds arrived with detailed instructions and any queries I had were responded to immediately. The company is extremely knowledgeable about plant management. The seeds arrived quickly, packed in cardboard not plastic something which I value. Based on this experience Chiltern Seeds would be my first choice.

I’ve been buying seeds from this company for a while now, and I can honestly say I’m very impressed. Recently my order got lost in the mail, and they sent me a new batch of seeds without any issues. They were super fast, helpful and friendly about it.

The quality and range of the seeds is brilliant too. I’ve had great success with both vegetables and flowers.

An extra plus is their simple paper packaging.

All in all, I’m really happy and I definitely recommend you buy from them.

Very helpful and efficient when I wanted to add to my order. Have bought seeds from Chiltern over several years, always a good variety of ordinary and unusual seeds at reasonable prices. They don’t charge the earth for postage either! Great germination rates.

Unfortunately my order failed to arrive so I contacted CS and they were kind enough to replace the lost seeds. Thank you CS.
