I have used ChinaChaps two or three times and never had problems with the orders. On the most recent occasion (May 2018) only one of three plates arrived, but they replied to my email very quickly and issued a refund for the missing plates within a couple of days. My experience is therefore of a good, responsive business and I'm happy to award 5 stars.

person very helpful over the phone, my Wedgwood plates arrived soon and very well packed. I bought same plates a couple of years ago and none has chipped yet which is why I ordered with them again plus were also better value than the other providers. I shall continue to use them when I need more replacements.

Ordered online. Item was despatched within the 2 day timescale quoted on website and arrived 2 days later. Was very well packaged and arrived safe and sound. Was kept well informed by email. Happy with service I got.

I should have looked at this site first! I placed an order for 2 mugs which I knew were discontinued, assuming they had access to old stock. Guess what - 2 months later they come back telling me that the stock is discontinued! I just hope I now get a refund

Absolutely horrendous experience you cannot get your money back for undelivered/ misdescribed goods. They are so arrogant they don't answer their phone or return calls or emails. Leave well alone!

No response to emails.
No telephone number for enquiries.
No confirmation email of an order placed.
Now I am worried it is all a scam.it has been three days since I placed and paid for a large order and I have heard nothing.

Several items listed on their website are not physically in their store or warehouse. I sent emails asking them to please confirm first (before I place my online order) if they physically had my desired items that were discontinued pattern by the manufacturer. They never responded back either time which leads me to believe they offer false hope and promises on discontinued patterns and china. They advertise items that are no longer being made by Wedgwood and do not actually have in their store, please be careful !

Do not use. My partner is furious. Ordered several items. The website doesn't indicate that items are out of stock and the company take your payment immediately. Then they send an email saying things are out of stock and you will have to wait for weeks to receive goods. Not the train of events implied by the website. Very poor.

Dreadful Service & Beware

Placed an order for our Daughters Birthday, only to be informed later the items were out of stock and not expected for over 5 weeks.

Payment is taken immediately, which contravenes good practice and distance selling regulations. Most of their items are not in stock see earlier reviews.

Not at all what we would expect these days.

Ordered some plates and paid on 3 August. Having taken my money they then informed me that items were out of stock - if they didn't have stock this should have been made clear on their website. I was then promised that the goods would be in stock on 31 August and I would receive them on 1 September. Delivery was then put back to 6 Sept and then today 14 Sept after I chased them again they informed me that the goods would not be in stock until 16 October! I then cancelled my order and requested a full refund. Absolutely appalling company and I would not advise using them.

Poor costumer services.I order and item back a month ago and I only got one e-mail saying it was out of stock and it will be receive at the warehouse by the end of August, but I still waiting any confirmation.

I have waited over 2 months and the shipment was never delivered, Frances claimed manufacturing delays, while it was available from the producer's website within a week, no proactive communication about the delivery, I had to ask everytime for updates. Fortunately fully refunded, would not recommend at all.
