Technician was very helpful and courteous

The repair tech Adrian was very knowledgeable and very polite and professional.

Chris was great to work with and he stayed in contact with us all through the process

The company’s owner came and when he left our AC was purring like a kitten.

The tech was very knowledgeable and polite as well as on time

I filed a claim with CHW and within 5 days a tech was at my door. He looked and listened to a noise that my AC was making and he explained that the system is on its way out and advised me that spending money on it would only be a waste. I agreed knowing that the system was over 20 years old. Aron (the tech) was a great guy and very knowledgeable.

this complaint against Choice Home Warranty regarding a pool repair claim that has remained unresolved since July 6, 2026.

Choice Home Warranty assigned a technician to repair my pool. The technician came to my home one time and began addressing the problem, but the repair was never completed. Since then, I have been waiting for the technician to return and finish the work, but the problem remains unresolved.

CHW is awesome! I've been with this company for almost 4 years ! and its been great! last week had a problem for Air-conditioning, and call this CHW and been taking care off! Thanks for the Team Choice Home Warranty! and would love to continue having this CHW!

I was with American Home Shield for 24 years,that last year was horrible, so switched to Choice! I must say, I went to the ap,requested HAVAC service within a few hours I was scheduled for service the NEXT day! I couldn’t believe it, I cordinated the time with the company,he even came on a Sunday! Resolved my issue and was on his way! I was so impressed! If you’re on the fence , SWITCH, and their prices are cheaper!

My daughter’s tub faucet diverter broke. I placed my claim and it was serviced quickly. The contractor they used was professional, great at his craft and left the place spotless.

The denial of my claim with a bs reason. I did not cause the surcharge, it was likely caused by previous work that was done by an authorized tech. Through out the process there was a condescending attitude.

I spent a lot of time try to explain my issue and had a really hard time with my credit card number be heard by your representative

I can depend on Choice warranty to find help for me as soon as possible.

I did not discover their assignment of a technician until this afternoon. They were very timely in assigning a tech to repair our dishwasher. For this we are very appreciative. Choice, Thank You!

Not able to find someone to do the job. After I was told before I purchased the service that it's an area that Choice services. I was told if I wanted to get my own service technician to do the job and that Choice would review the receipt for the work and maybe refund me.

My husband is a disabled vet with heart problems Copd and our AC went out yesterday put in a claim and $75 for you to send out one of your technicians and we have been without an AC FOR A DAY AND A HALF NOW AND THEN YOU SEND EMAIL ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT AND TO GET OUR OWN TECHNICIANS SO WE PAY YOU FOR HELP AND IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT DISABLED VETS AND IT'S 108 DEGREES IN TEXAS
