Adrian the LG Service Technician did an Outstanding Job. He was Courteous, highly Professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our Refrigerator and performed the needed repairs.

Never NEVER use Choice Home Warranty. Why? Because they don't pay out. They attract you with a low price and up to 3.5 years of service. But, when you need something fixed in your home, YOU pay for it. Examples: 1. Our garage door opener stopped working when I tired to open it from the car. Was told the infrared system went out but they don't cover that. As long you can get out of the car, go in through the front door, open the garage door and press the wall button, they won't pay for a new one. 2. Needed a new home AC system. Not only did they make us pay for the unit, we paid the installer. They said without the warranty, we'd have paid double. Liars. I checked and basically we paid the entire thing out of pocket. 3. Same with a hot water heater, we paid a thousand dollars out of pocket to have it installed. Claim updates were needed. Bottom line, this company is bogus as they come. When you buy a policy it should be no out of pocket unless you're quoted a deductible. We weren't. Needless to say we left well before our prepaid contract ended. I'll say it again, NEVER ever consider using Choice. They are as crooked as the day is long.

Repair person was very helpful and friendly. Getting 4 start instead 5 because it will take 2 weeks to get the small part for my garage door.

filed Claim that right front side element in Electric range has gone bad and need replacement. Technician cam after 4 days and i paid $85/-. Choice warranty denied the claim with a reason that cooktop glass has some grease on it. I appealed that element is inside and does not get impacted in cooked top electric ranges with grease but they denied and were rude. I Cancelled my policy after having several bad experiences where all claims are denied for some reason or another

Contacted Choice Home Warranty (CHW) re. Ice maker not working. Got appt. Email from CHW and and repair shop within hours. Service was rendered the next workday. Parts needed to be ordered which took a week. Plenty of ice now! Good technician.

I was pleased with the Technician.. They showed up when planned.. A little confusion around service fee, but everything got worked out

My current home warranty plan seems to have many fine print exclusions but has no problem receiving my monthly premium payments. I just do not feel my current plan is up to snuff. I have been seeing infomercials on tv for Choice Home Warranty and decided to give them a try. It is comforting to know I have a solid, reputable warranty company should an appliance or home system fail or break down.

This rating is ONLY for the enrollment process with Choice Home Warranty. I spoke with Luke and he was VERY helpful. I will submit another review after my first service call with CHW.

The company’s owner came and when he left our AC was purring like a kitten.

I filed a claim with CHW and within 5 days a tech was at my door. He looked and listened to a noise that my AC was making and he explained that the system is on its way out and advised me that spending money on it would only be a waste. I agreed knowing that the system was over 20 years old. Aron (the tech) was a great guy and very knowledgeable.

this complaint against Choice Home Warranty regarding a pool repair claim that has remained unresolved since July 6, 2026.

Choice Home Warranty assigned a technician to repair my pool. The technician came to my home one time and began addressing the problem, but the repair was never completed. Since then, I have been waiting for the technician to return and finish the work, but the problem remains unresolved.
