Ordered two seats for a Bathstore…
Ordered two seats for a Bathstore toilet. The quality of the replacements was good, well packaged and delivered quickly. The site recommended the replacement seats for the particular model of toilet, all three options were short and the one I picked is shorter than the original. That does mean the edge of the toilet is exposed more than I would like when the lid/seat are down, so it’s worth double checking measurements especially where the fittings differ to the original.

Found this company on the internet and was asked to send a photo of my hinges and got a reply within minutes so ordered them and they arrived next day. Very pleased with this company and will use them again and price was very reasonable.

My bathroom was refitted back in 2004 and recently the loo seat had developed a slight crack, as well as having yellowed a bit with age.
I had no idea whether or not I could obtain a replacement after 20+ years, but a quick search revealed one at Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop.
I ordered it and it was safely delivered just a few days later, and is a perfect fit.
I had to reuse the original screws and plastic fittings only because I couldn't figure out how to get them out! Otherwise all good.

I contacted the company by email in the late afternoon to ask advice about a replacement toilet seat for a discontinued model. They acknowledged my query within a few minutes and provided a response the following morning. I placed an order and the item was delivered by Royal Mail the day after I was advised that it had been shipped.

Superb service supported by speedy helpful online advice. Delivery was wonderfully quick. The packaging was appropriate, (and amusing! Loved the little joke on the box) and instructions for installation were clear and simple. Only downside was that the design of the loo seat made the use of the alum key quite awkward and it actually fell into the loo once! But as this was replacement of a seat designed by another company this isn't the fault of this brilliant supplier. I couldn't fault the product as supplied or the service. I would use them again.
