Great insurance

Great insurance — the claim was resolved very quickly and payment was made immediately. I’ve never had any issues and would definitely continue using them for my home insurance.

I had an accident at work that resulted…

I had an accident at work that resulted in a chipped tooth. Unfortunately, my workplace accident insurance provider has refused to cover the dental damage, stating that dental claims are not included in the policy. This is clearly an injury that occurred as a direct result of a workplace accident, so I find this decision very disappointing and unreasonable. I expected better support and coverage in this situation.

My lawyer submitted a claim in…

My lawyer submitted a claim in November, and for the past 5 months Chubb has not responded at all. The case seems to be on hold — no one replies to emails, and I have no information about what is happening with my case. I am very disappointed with this insurance company. The communication is at a very poor level, and I feel misled despite their assurances that they would handle the matter. I do not recommend them.

Replaced both my phone and Rolex

My phone had stopped working properly, and my friends were struggling to hear me clearly—it was quite an old device. When I reported it to Sedgwick, they handled the claim incredibly quickly and replaced it with a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max within the same week. I’m honestly amazed at how reliable and efficient they are. This experience has made my life so much easier, and I’ll definitely be sticking with them for the long run. Previously my Rolex was stolen and they replaced this as well within one month . I can not see myself ever cancelling my policy

the insurance to replace phone is…

the insurance to replace phone is efficient in term of getting a new replace device. However, the replaced device had software issues after one week and the network was directed without any reason to USA network. And I had a software issue on the phone. Which meant that the phone was not new phone.
