I picked Churnet Valley as they had good trust pilot reviews.
I purchased a highend birdtable as a gift.
What I was sent was badly packed, in terrible condition and poorly made. I emailed immediately and never got a reply, I phoned and was swiftly sent a replacement to which i was grateful for. The replacement was of a better standard, but still not the quality I expected for the amount I paid.
I have since found another issue, the main pole is badly warpped/twisted.

Viewed the product I was interested in at their showroom. Excellent, friendly service from Pete, fast delivery and professional installation by James. Product is well made and great value. Expect it to last a long time.

We visited the showroom and were really impressed with the quality of the garden furniture. We ordered a three seater Cottage Arbour, an Ergo love seat and a raised bed, all at very reasonable prices. The furniture was delivered today by James who was very friendly and helpful. He built the arbour quickly and professionally and we are delighted with how it looks in the garden. We would thoroughly recommend Churnet Valley Garden Furniture Ltd.

Avoid dealing with NB at all costs. Awful ambassador for CVGF. Worse than useless. Zero customer service. Zero stars. Shoddy products too.

Good value, quality product and prompt delivery

Second time we've bought from this company and same great service again. All the furniture is great quality. We're lucky enough to live close enough to visit the showroom and see what we want first hand. There's no pushy sales people, they're content to let you browse at leisure but be on hand for any questions if needed, and you're made to feel important even if you're not spending a fortune. Peter was an absolute star, with his advice and attention to detail. Delivery was a little longer than some internet ordering, but the bench was delivered ready made, and placed in position with care - well worth the little extra wait. Wouldn't even consider looking elsewhere, this business is the full package - wish I'd got room for more in the garden, everything is top notch and Pete's your man for help and advice. Thank you to everyone at Churnet Valley Furniture, you're doing a cracking job.

Very happy with final result. Unfortunately the instructions and assemble bolts and screws went missing in transit but was very quickly rectified.

Very pleased with the log store. It looks great and just what we wanted. However, the instructions were not very accurate and a little difficult to follow. The pictures didn’t match the product and were a bit unclear. We finally sorted it and were pleased with the result.

The potting table was as advertised. Good quality,sturdy and easy to assemble

Great product, hiccup with the courier but thanks to Churnet Valley customer service speedy resolution, the package arrive a couple of days later. Very pleased it’s a good looking mini store for miscellaneous garden stuff/dog toys/waterproof covers etc. Fabulous!
