Purchased the 3 seater garden arbour recently and we’re so impressed! It arrived on the day it said it would and was delivered to our garden. The quality is absolutely exceptional, it looks like it cost twice what we paid! It’s heavy, solid and will last us years! It took my husband no time at all to put together. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends and look forward to sitting on the arbour once the weather cheers itself up!

Ordered the Ergo 4 seat table set and I absolutely love it! I called the company to place my order and was assisted by Mr. Pete, who guided me through the entire process. Churned Valley have kindly donated some products to our garden as we are a charity, and they've also given us some fantastic discounts for other products. The last product we had from them was a large wooden shed. The installation team arrived promptly at around 9am, and j think had it finished by lunch. Very professional!

The planter arrived very promptly - a day after I ordered it. It is perfect for what we had in mind, the price was good and it is now assembled and ready to go but......

The end frames as delivered appear to have been assembled incorrectly. On the side frames received the triangular pieces are fixed to the wrong side of the cross bar. I had to remove all four (not easy because of the proximity of the screws to the end planks) and relocate them.

The instructions refer to three pieces of lining, one long and two short. There was only the long piece in the delivery. In the end, I lined the trough with some materials that I had in stock.

Finally, I think that you need to include a comment in the description that you need tacks or staples to fit the lining as these are not included.

I sent this information and photos back to the supplier but didn't get a reply. After posting this review (first version) they phoned me up and explained that it had been a manufacturing error. They apologised and are planning to send me a voucher in recompense.

I'd be happy to buy another of their products.

Seller is great, communicative and helpful... but unfortunately uses DX Delivery who stated they delivered our items at 2:30pm and they were signed for by "PURVIS" however, my name is Curtis and our CCTV that covers all of our property and the road leading up to it shows that no delivery drivers came. If you look back at this sellers feedback on Amazon, Facebook, and Google you will see that this is a common problem. DX then went on to fail to attempt delivery the following day, we're now waiting for delivery on 3rd day. EDIT: Items received on day 3 but the boxes were virtually destroyed. However, furniture was not damaged and we are pleased with the quality of it, and that it can stand the damage of DX Delivery.
