I have placed 2 orders this weekend one had 20% off and the other I redeemed 200 points so saved £20 on our favourite products so that was brilliant! I bought glow to illuminate blush and it gives you such a healthy glow and dewy skin vitamin c glass primer sets a foundation for flawless skin and dewy skin tint has great coverage but I feel like I am not wearing anything and that glow to highlighter star burst makes your skin look radiant! And thank you Ciate for all the amazing products and thank you to Alex and the team for being so helpful professional and kind

My delivery arrived and there was an item missing, I got in touch using the online web form and Alex replied within minutes to help.
I was super impressed and grateful to receive the missing item the following day - I honestly wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly but glad it did as I can now take it on holiday with me!

Great customer service. I ordered a foundation but the shade was wrong when it arrived. Alex could t have been more helpful in sending a replacement which is just perfect. I love the new Extraordinary Foundation. Great consistency and coverage.

Placed an order, and received confirmation. Queried the order 8 days later. They hadn't even processed the order, and surprise - one of the items was out of stock. They couldn't even use "it was Christmas/New Year/Post Office" as an excuse, they just didn't bother doing the order.
The only positive was that they responded quickly to confirm their incompetence.

Ordered mystery box. 22nd November, it arrived today 7th December. Not happy.
Mystery box £35 (ish). All stock they couldn't sell!!!. Bright orange lip gloss..and much more.
Mystery box yes...15-20 £ at the most.
Its more the delivery time, and them passing the buck over to yodel.

Amazing foundation, first foundation I've found to actually do what it says on the bottle. Lasts 16 plus hours, has a great coverage, all perfect.
Had one issue with the bottle and after contacting customer services it was rectified and a replacement sent out the same day. Great product and even better customer service

I ordered the advent polishes as a gift. There were issues with the original order that led me contact customer services. They were exceptional in the handling of my bad experience... which was more of the delivery companies issues and not of Ciate!
However, they instantly raised a new order of the product which was dispatched without delay and arrived ahead of schedule They had taken note with my comments about the previous packaging, or rather lack of it... and my new order arrived substantially packed and more importantly the goods were in prime condition.
As it is a gift... I have not opened it... however, the damaged goods were not requested to be returned so I have removed them from the packaging and donated them to a charity raffle as individual items... I did just keep one shade that I liked and the quality of the polish is excellent and paints on very well.
All in all... what was a bad experience (due to delivery issues) the Ciate customer service team were second to none... and I am very pleased with their professionalism.

After searching and searching for a dewy bronzer i finally came across ciate London. I was so excited and placed my order. The product came promptly lovely packaging and the smell was amazing. However this product literally does NOTHING. U cannot see it on my skin. Its just a thick gloopy substance (vaseline) comes to mind.
I emailed ciate who wasnt really helpful and basically wont refund me or havent even offered a voucher to try rectify this problem.
Dont bother ordering any of their dewy makeup girls. Most companies would offer some kind of recompence.

Really great customer service from Kyle! I had put the wrong shipping address and he sorted in the chat instantly. Can't wait to get my order! :)

Dear Ciate,
I placed my first order with you on the 1st March 2022 for over a £100. I was very excited about purchasing and receiving this order. I received an email the same same day giving me a package number for Yodel to track my package, however each time I check the status of the order it says "with sender".. can somebody please tell me why it is taking so long for this order to be sent to me as I have placed other orders after this date with other companies and they have arrived before!.
If you could let me know. For my first order and ordering a large amount this is not a good experience. I am expecting a lot better from Ciate a well advertised make up company. Thank you Rea

Placed my order and never received it, was advised that another was sent and didn't receive this either. Had to involve paypal and many weeks on, I am still waiting for my refund. I will never use ciate again. Disgraceful customer service from a dishonest company.

Great service from Ciate, excellent communications, I got a very quick answer to my query, the website was easy to navigate, delivery was super speedy and I am very happy with the nail sheets, wrap kit and the glitter flip lipsticks! I will definitely be using them again. Thank you Ciate

I don't ever write reviews but Ciate's exceptional customer service deserves a review. Two of my recent orders needed slight changes after I had placed the orders. Ciate's unbelievably prompt responses to my emails and their ability to fix my mistakes prior to shipping (and they ship quickly) certainly rates a 5 star+ review. That, coupled with their products that I love, will definitely keep me ordering.

Top marks for Chris and the customer service team. I was worried as I hadn’t heard anything about my order but after contacting them by email I received a very quick response and the matter was politely and swiftly dealt with. As it was my fault in the first place for mistyping my email address I am doubly grateful!
Can’t comment on product as it is a Christmas present for my wife…..

I can't get enough of this company and their products! Absolutely fantastic, high-quality products and brilliant, attentive and friendly customer service. This week, I ordered the wrong shade of foundation after using their online questionnaire. I spoke to the wonderful Kyle on their website via live chat and Kyle was absolutely brilliant with helping me find a better shade and then sent it to me free of charge seeing as my original shade was too dark. This is my go-to makeup company for lip products (specifically the matte velvet lip product - AMAZING!) and now foundation too. I've also used their nail products for YEARS and would never use anything else. I can't recommend Ciate enough.

Customer Service was very quick with a resolution. I am more than happy with the outcome. Not every company has good customer service but Ciaté London DEFINITELY does!

I received a couple of damaged items in the mail. Contacted customer service who responded very quickly. Received new items the next day including a couple of extra treats which were very much appreciated. I couldn’t have had better service from Kyle who was extremely pleasant.

Amazing customer service. Kyle helped when I had with a few hiccups with the courier, and then again when there was a small issue with how the package arrived ( courier not Ciate). His service and support was well beyond what you expect these days and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both their service or products in future. Keep up the fabulous work!
