Poor customer service from this company had previously ordered lip glosses In a set and didn’t think the quality was very good at all. Think I will stick to kiko for value for money in future.

The best customer service I have received in a very long time, I put the wrong postcode they emailed me straight away and fixed it before it went to the courier. The delivery was so fast and the products are amazing quality! So glad I found this brand, 100% recommended!

No safety/hygiene seal on my product what so ever. No guess as to the potential for contaminants. I would not feel comfortable putting this on sensitive skin areas, or my skin at all! Not pleased! Totally unusable!

The glitter flip lipstick is nothing like it shows on the video,much too dark for my complexion so won't be wearing it.
More money wasted.
The colour I bought was Candy which I thought was going to be a nice light pink but didn't turn out to be.

Should be a zero as terrible ipstick, very pale/pastel and nothing like the photo. Hardly any glitter and customer service was awful. I will never use them again.

This review is based solely on the"extraordinary trans loose powder". I am 43 years old and have yet to find a setting powder that doesn't grab at dry patches and fine lines, or look cakey on my skin, and lemme tell you, I've spent$$$$'s searching for a product that actually delivers a smooth, blurred, flawless finish. I found it haphazardly in my monthly sub box and honestly have never purchased anything from Ciate prior to. I cannot attest that this is will last any longer than any other powder for my oily/combo skin, but I've never experienced a powder that actually covered/blurred pores and old acne scars prior to trying this. I could not stop staring at my face after applying this because I've never used anything with such a flawless finish. I'm not a selfie taker so couldn't attest to flashback, but at least for one hour my skin looks absolutely flawless!

Amazing brand and fantastic customer service will definitely use again and I would 1000% recommend very happy customer!!

I ordered a special deal via O2 priority. It was called “beach please”. After seeing the reviews about delivery taking 2 weeks or more I was a bit dubious. However, it came 3 days later. Well packed and great products. Can’t wait to get using them.

It’s good to be able to say that a company is great but Ciate kept me informed all the way through were quick at delivering and send me offers. Thanks for a good experience.

Terrible service so far, placed an order yesterday around noon chose next day delivery at checkout for extra £6. So far no updates on the order it seems its not even dispatched yet, no communication from customer service just waiting in for the parcel that will probably not arrive today at all. Website clearly said during the order that orders placed before 1pm will be delivered next working day with the extra delivery charge...

First time I have use this company, bought nail varnish package and, although they were clearly quality products, arrived just wrapped individually in bubble wrap. This purchase was intended as a gift so I contacted customer service to ask if they could send me a gift box (I was willing to pay). The reply was a flat 'NO sorry unable to do that'.
Considering the order should have amounted to £90, I am glad I used a discount code via MSE, otherwise I would have been fuming. Not the best in customer service

Ordered on the 2nd November. Still waiting. Yodel say they pushed it through my letterbox, when challenged, said they had pushed it through a letterbox, but no real clue which one as their 'geolocators' are all messed up. Ciate no real help. Finally said they would send out replacements whilst Yodel tried to find the original one by going back to where they had delivered and 'uplifting' it. Replacements were being sent out on the 24th by DPD. Guess what? It's now the 10th Dec and still no products. Poor experience. Missed their sale and watched them push the sale in my face whilst I paid full price plus delivery and still have no products.
Will never ever use again.

Ordered and selected 3-5 working days for postage as wasn't urgent for it. Arrived next day! Amazing! Product is amazing as well. Definitely recommend!

Whilst these polishes are a little more costly that most polishes, they're definitely worth it as they have a lot of great shades with good coverage and they are incredibly long lasting. You are definitely paying for the quality with this company. I thouroughly recommend.

Ordered three lipsticks from Ciate and paid for shipping via Ciate online. I then received updates on the shipping via email. My fiancé was home all day when I received an email stating, "your package has been delivered". However, there was no package and no mailman knocked on the door. Instead, after doing my own research I found that the usps kept my package at their facility because I need to pay additional shipping. What the heck? I paid that at check out. How can Ciate not package their product right and now I have to pay shipping twice? I have yet to receive my package nor a refund from Ciate and their customer service is the worse, no one has contacted me back to give me a refund because I am not paying twice for shipping when clearly this is not my fault. This was my first and last purchase from this store.

ordered an item on the 30th of november (paid £4.95 delivery) the item was eventually dispatched on the 5th of december arrived on the 9th customer service took 3 days to reply and constantly lied to me claiming it was dispatched on the 1st of december and blamed the courier (very much like the worst of ebay sellers) the products are over rated and watery with poor coverage and last i would avoid at all cost
