This companies customer service goes above and beyond. I had to return my Dewy Skin purchase as the shade was wrong for me. The return process was easy but unfortunately the shade I wanted to exchange for was not in stock. Kyle at customer service went out of his way to get me my shade posted out from head office!. Way to go Ciate . I'll definitely be a repeat customer 🙂

I absolutely love Ciaté’s products. I’ve tried everything from their mascara to their nail polish and they never fail to impress. I most recently purchased their new dewy skin and it is BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend using their live chat to get your correct shade. Mine matches perfectly. So helpful on the live chat and just all round amazing customer service as always. Delivery was super quick too. Will 100% be ordering again. Thanks Ciaté!

I had trouble receiving a shipment - twice tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. KYLE came to the rescue - I almost didn't email again because I thought there is NO WAY they're going to help me. Kyle worked on Ciate's side to do the legwork so I could receive my package - and it finally got to me!!! I'm SO excited because I really love all of the glitter lip colors I ordered. Thank you Ciate for being so smart as to hire Kyle - I'm so happy - so impressed - so glad he was the one to get my email.

My first order with Ciate London and it won’t be my last. Heard good things about their Extraordinary Foundation so I thought I’d give it a try. Was supposed to get 15% off my first order but I didn’t receive the code. The customer service quickly made me a new code and told me about the shade finder tool on their website. It matches perfectly! I’ve been trying to find a good foundation forever, I’m in love! Already got my mom and sister to order it. And really fast delivery considering I’m in Canada! Excellent company!

Absolutely fantastic and I can not praise them enough with how well their customer service team helped me. My order arrived three days before my girlfriends birthday and unfortunately one of the items were damaged. I emailed them straight away to inform them of the damage and how important it was for me to have this sorted for my girlfriends birthday. I received an email within the hour, the customer service team apologised and immediately dispatched a new product which arrived the next day so that it was here for my girlfriends birthday. The product was perfect and this company has given me the best customer service than any other company I've ever dealt with. I will be definitely ordering again and I am very happy with the service and product. Massive thanks to Ciatè London!!!

I love their products and have never once had a problem with them. I ordered Jan 25, package came today (Jan 29) so I’m almost positive they shipped same day. I probably have over 100 highlighters and their Glow-To highlighter is one of my most prized of all time (especially Moondust.) Love them, they’re definitely a company I will continue to order from.

Absolutely disgusting. The company is horrible to deal with. My parcel was lost and delayed even though it was for next day delivery. I no longer needed the items and they were coming 2 weeks late. I spent days trying to contact customer service, who took forever to reply. They refused to let me cancel the order which is just horrifying. I was made to pay for the return of the item even though I had tried to cancel it, which they refused to do. I was assisted that the parcel would have to be delivered before it could get retuned. This is a scam, they make money of you having to pay for shipping and returns. There products are overrated. I am currently building a case against the company as they have broken many service and goods laws. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. It is not worth the hassle or the money. Customer service is appalling!

Glitter flip lipsticks are hardly glittery at all. They look nothing like the videos that’s for sure. The colours were nice but not glittery so 1*

I love ciate London. The brand as a whole I completely love I don't think there's a product I haven't found I don't like yet. I have so many of there products from blushes two mascaras eyeshadow palettes lipstick liners you name it and I love the formula of the product I love the packaging I really do enjoy this brand. A must buy brand🤗

Ordered two flip gloss glitter lip stocks and wow, they are brilliant. I ever got a free foundation with it which somehow matched my skin shade. The lipstick was amazing. Went on like normal lipstick and I LOVE the shape of the wand. Then as I pressed my lips...boom, glitter. And ths happened throughout the night each time I pressed my lips. I was so impressed I went and ordered another 4! My bestie ordered 4 too. A delivery was under slower side but I did order them in the middle of the pandemic. Would and will be ordering again

Never ordering from this site again! Ordered stuff worth £47 and was suppose to get the free gift with it as I spent over a certain amount, wouldn’t let me add the code in the checkout so had to email them, which they replied very quick saying they would sort it! So I was happy! But since, I’ve had no email with a tracking code, or to even say my items have been dispatched! I’ve emailed them 3 times over the past two days and no one has bothered replying. Absolutely awful service, never shopping here again

Bought 2 Glitter Flip lip glosses. 2 the same colour came (I ordered 2 different colours). Colour was nothing like on site much darker and lip gloss was claggy/sticky with very little glitter effect. Not something I'm going to be able to wear. Thankfully there was an offer on so only wasted £14.95 as opposed to £34.95. Wrote a review on the Ciate site, hasn't been posted. Company seem to only allow 5 star positive reviews to be posted.

Amazing service from ordering to delivery.
I was so worried after reading some of the reviews and I shouldn’t have been.
Website was a little tricky to understand as some items stated sales but it was set colours, but once I worked it out it was so straight forward. I had a issue with my order and Leah helped me and offered 3 solutions. I was kept informed through out the whole ordering process to delivery.
Now when my items arrived they were packaged beautifully and all in perfect condition. I am so happy I tried them. I will use them again. I do recommend people to try them also.
I did place my order during the pandemic and if I am honest I didn’t expect it so soon. I have a lot of praise for the company

Ordered a set of nail polish (2019 Christmas collection) two days ago, never received an order confirmation or a code to track the order. There is absolutely no way to speak with their customer service without waiting for their slow email replies. The checkout didn’t even say when would the package be delivered. Wouldn’t order from them again unless this gets resolved.

Ordered the mother's Day 2020 collection to receive my order in a plain brown box with the goods stuffed into a bubble wrapped bag for the projected value of the goods I would have expected a better presentation package. Thank god for the O2 priority deal it only cost £20. But I can honestly say I was extremely disappointed. Not going to bother with customer service as they already have bad reviews on that subject. If you want good quality make up and a good presentation experience don't even consider ciate London just avoid them!

Amazing customer service. Super fast delivery. Bought their glitter lipstick and am really pleased, does advertise that it has more glitter in it, but I actually prefer it with less cause it’s more subtle and just catches the light.
