great price, great cigar, packed great, fast shipping.

Had never heard of Cigars City, but they had the best price on a box of Montes so I gave them a shot.

They shipped quickly and included a handwritten thank you note along with a baby Acid cigar as a gift.

I will definitely be buying from them again.

Awful customer service, and very rude staff. Avoid at all costs.

Not a reliable source, I would avoid it. Once I order tru paypal, got a confirmation from some personal gmail address. I was thinking that I will end up getting some mishandles product. Luckily, they cancelled my order saying it was oos. If they dont have a good inventory management, I would not call them a reliable vendor. Not gives confident in this business, will not order again.

Strongly recommend against buying anything from them. Ordered a box of cigars that came rock hard and stale. Multiple phone calls, emails, etc and no response whatsoever. Zero.

Ordered more than 10 times on the site and all orders are delivered. Just for a few times it can be delayed and you need to contact them with the right email address (not the one on their website but the one on their PayPal account) or otherwise they would not respond. Other than that, everything is fine.

I randomly found cigars city website and the prices were fantastic. I had two orders within two weeks. I’ve ordered from many places but I’ve never seen attention to detail the way they packed the cigars with Individual moisturizer Packets for each order. They also write handwritten notes about what you bought.

I placed an order with for a box of cigars on Jan 6th, received a notification that my order shipped on the 9th. Today is Jan 29th and still no cigars. I've called twice and emailed on 3 different occasions but no reply. I'm really close to believing that I got scammed. I hope they read this review and contact me to resolve this matter!

The price was right, and my order of one box of cigars was correct. I placed my order on a Sunday, and it didn't ship until Thursday. Most of us are used to things shipping in 1-2 business days, so I contacted on Wednesday by facebook, voicemail, and email. I did not receive a response at all. That does not inspire any confidence, but it's probably a bare-bones operation that makes a good profit margin for themselves, and they feel they don't have to respond.

I ordered 2 ashtrays from them and they sent the wrong ones. I have called multiple times and left messages with no call back. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I would not buy from them in the future.

My Order was missing $80 worth of product. Left a note saying they would refund. Never refunded my product. Can’t get a hold of anyone. At a loss now.

I’ve emailed, sent Facebook message, and called multiple times leaving a voicemail. They are impossible to reach. No tracking number after 7 days

A+, flawless execution and they shipped it free priority mail and I got it in 2 business days, 4 days on the truck. The prices are better than most and the sticks are smoking great. I just got a batch shipping from cigarbid, they are shipping ups ground, 6 business days and 8 days on truck. I would ignore the negative reviews and give these guys a shot. I don't do reviews much at all

I can see that there have been some people with negative experiences, so I wanted to share my recent positive experience.

I placed an order on June 4th and it was delivered on June 8th. No hiccups whatsoever. This was my first order, and I will continue to order from cigarscity.com. I have already recommended this site to a few friends.

I ordered 2 boxes of cigars and it has been several day now and still haven’t received them. I called and spoke with Susan and she talked to Jeff while I was still on the phone. I could hear him in the back ground talking bad about me because he said I was having a melt down.
The last 3 orders I have purchased have been very slow arriving . This company will not answer emails or voice mails and you need to be very lucky to even get them on the phone.
Poor customer service. I have such a lack of trust in this company.

Very bad experience. I am from Europe, I chose this company because of the possibility of express delivery to Europe in 6-10 days. The delivery alone cost over $80. Today is exactly one month since I ordered. I still don't have the goods. I have already tried to contact CigarsCity 2 times to inform me of the shipment.. no one has gotten back to me. At the same time the shipment is not traceable in the database. Actually yes it is, but it shows that the shipment is waiting to be forwarded to USPS, but that they have not received the shipment yet, I contacted the post office in my country with the submission number, they informed me that they do not have this shipment in the database. So a month has passed, I don't know where the shipment is, no one is communicating with me and I have wasted money on express delivery which normally takes 2-3 days from the US to my country.

Terrible experience, especially the combination of expensive postage which was definitely not express, the irresponsibility of sending cigars to Europe this way and especially the lack of communication. God knows if I will ever see my money back.

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND, LOOK FOR ANOTHER REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT WILL AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

Have being ordering from cigar city the the last few months,I live in Ireland,and they arrive within 3 weeks,no problem,there very well priced, Shane IRELAND

Shopping online for a particular box of Gurkha cigars I found the box at Cigarscity was at a significantly lower price than other sellers. I placed the order and opted for free shipping. Five days later the cigars were delivered to my home in Oregon.
